Subtask 49-73-32-860-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Contact your Local-Honeywell Field Service Representative for:
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(3) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(5) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
Subtask 49-73-32-010-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Contact your Local-Honeywell Field Service Representative for:
- the ECS performance adjustment software and install it in a LAPTOP WITH LTP PORT, COM2 PORT, DISK DRIVE 3.5 INCH.
- the CABLE 2 M (6.6 FT) - DMM READER, LTP PORT, RS232 TYPE.
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(3) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(5) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
B. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3) Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the ON position.
Subtask 49-73-32-865-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3) Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the ON position.

Subtask 49-73-32-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. ECS Performance Adjustment
(1) Find the part number (PN) of the Electronic Control Box (ECB) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-61-34-400-003).
(2) If the ECB installed is P/N 3888394-221204, P/N 3888394-121204, P/N 3888394-121205, P/N 3888394-221205, P/N 3888394-321206 or P/N 3888579-201 do the following procedure:
(a) Get access to the Data Memory Module (DMM) Report (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-970-001).
(b) Make sure that the APU_OPTIONS value of the APU DMM page of the MCDU shows the correct value. Compare the values with the following table:
(c) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the module (2).
(d) Put a CAP - BLANKING on the electrical connector (1).
(e) Connect the CABLE 2 M (6.6 FT) - DMM READER, LTP PORT, RS232 TYPE with LAPTOP WITH LTP PORT, COM2 PORT, DISK DRIVE 3.5 INCH and DMM and make sure that the 2024215-1 DMM READER - APU, 2024215-2 DMM READER - APU, 2024215-3 DMM READER - APU or 70642177 DMM READER - APU has power.
(f) Make two clicks on the WINDMM icon to start the PC program.
(g) A check of the DMM reader with a wrap and port test is done to make sure the DMM is installed correctly. The menu SELECT AN ENGINE APPLICATION is shown at the end of the test.
(h) Make a click on the 131A-PRF button and the menu PERFORMANCE ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS FOR THE 131-9A APU comes into view after a message window.
(i) Make a selection with a click on the applicable button.
(j) If the error message "Access violation at address 00402C4D in module windmm.exe. Read of address 00000092" (or similar address) is shown, do the steps that follow:
1 Disconnect the CABLE 2 M (6.6 FT) - DMM READER, LTP PORT, RS232 TYPE from the DMM.
2 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the module (2).
3 On the MCDU page APU SERVICE DATA make sure that the APU serial number (S/N), Time Since New (TSN) and CSN are correct.
4 If the data shown on the APU SERVICE DATA page is correct, replace the DMM with a new one (Ref. AMM TASK 49-73-32-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 49-73-32-400-001).
a Make sure that APU access-doors 315AL and 316AR are closed (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
b Start the APU (Ref. AMM D/O 49-00-00-86).
c Let the APU operate for five minutes.
d Stop the APU (Ref. AMM D/O 49-00-00-86).
e Do the ECS performance adjustment again.
5 If the data from the APU SERVICE DATA page is not correct:
a Replace the DMM with a new one (Ref. AMM TASK 49-73-32-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 49-73-32-400-001).
b Do the re-start of the new DMM (Ref. AMM TASK 49-73-32-600-002).
(k) If no error message is shown, continue this procedure.
(l) Make a selection with a click on the applicable button. The related data is written to the DMM. The message "C:\Honeywell \WinDMM\131A-PRF\P5467.DAT has been created" shows the directory location where a hard copy of the DMM contents can be found.
(m) Make a click on OK to continue and a window of the selected APU performance setting comes into view.
(n) Make a click on OK and the primary menu is shown.
(o) Make a click on CLOSE to exit the program.
(p) Disconnect the CABLE 2 M (6.6 FT) - DMM READER, LTP PORT, RS232 TYPE from the DMM.
(q) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the module (2).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Operational Test
(1) On panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is in the ON position.
(2) After 120 seconds, close DMU/FDIMU circuit breaker 5TV.
(3) Do the APU SYSTEM SELF-TEST to make sure that the DMM is serviceable (Ref. AMM TASK 49-73-32-400-001).
(4) Check that the ECS performance adjustment has been done correctly as follows:

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
