A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Put the warning notice on panel 25VU to tell persons not to start the APU.
   (2) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (3) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

C. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the APU access doors 315AL 316AR.
   (2) Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
   (3) Set the light switch 11LJ to on.
4. Procedure
Subtask 49-20-00-915-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Bonding of the pins on the Accoustic Bulkhead
   (1) Removal of the pins.
     (a) Warm up the pins (1) and (2) with SOLDERING IRON and remove the pins with a tong.
   (2) Prepare the pins for installation.
     (a) Clean the pins and the related area of accoustic bulkhead with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
     (b) Mix the Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 2 (Material No.05EML8) . Obey the manufacture instruction.
     (c) Apply a thin layer of the Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 2 (Material No.05EML8) to the pins.
     (d) Install the pins.
     (e) Apply pressure to the pins and let it harden. Using a heat lamp. Hardening times as follows:
  • 8 hours at 20 DEG.C (68.00 DEG.F)
  • 6 hours at 60 DEG.C (140.00 DEG.F)
  • 15 minutes at 80 DEG.C (176.00 DEG.F)
  • 10 minutes at 100 DEG.C (212.00 DEG.F)
5. Close-up

A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

B. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Set the light switch 11LJ to off.
   (3) Close the access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
   (4) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 49-20-00-860-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (2) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
   (3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
