A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

B. Get Access
   (1) For the location of this component refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 25-40-00-00), (Ref. AMM D/O 26-25-00-00).
   (2) Get access to the lavatory and open the service door.

   (1) For the location of this component refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 26-25-00-00).
   (2) Get access to related lavatory.
   (3) Open the service door.
4. Procedure
Subtask 26-25-00-210-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Check of the Pressure Gage of the Fire Extinguisher Bottle
   (1) Read the pressure on the pressure gage.
   (2) Make sure that the pressure gage shows a correct pressure.
     (a) A correct pressure is shown when:
  • The gage needle is in the green area.
     (b) An incorrect pressure is when:
  • The gage needle is on the outer side, to the left of the green area.
  • The gage needle is between the red and green area.
  • The gage needle is on the outer side, to the right of the green area.
   (3) If the pressure gage shows an incorrect pressure:
     (a) Remove the fire extinguisher bottle for a weight check (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-00-200-003).
     (b) If necessary, replace the fire extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-400-001).

B. Check of the Pressure Gage of the Fire Extinguisher Bottle
   (1) Read the pressure on the pressure gage.
   (2) Make sure that the pressure gage shows a correct pressure.
     (a) A correct pressure is shown when:

  • The gage needle is on the outer side, to the left of the green area.
  • The gage needle is between the red and green area.

     (a) Remove the fire extinguisher bottle for a weight check (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-00-200-003).
     (b) If necessary, replace the fire extinguisher bottle
(Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-000-802) and (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-400-802) or
(Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-000-804) and (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-400-804).

   (1) Read the pressure on the pressure gage.

     (b) If necessary, replace the fire extinguisher bottle
(Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-000-802) and (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-400-802) or
(Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-000-804) and (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-400-804) or
(Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-000-805) and (Ref. AMM TASK 26-25-41-400-805).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the service door and close the door of the lavatory.

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the service door.
   (3) Close the door of related lavatory.

B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
