A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) is in position adjacent to the emergency exit.
(3) Make sure the emergency exit door is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-002).
Subtask 25-27-51-010-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) is in position adjacent to the emergency exit.
(3) Make sure the emergency exit door is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-002).
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) FOR [5DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [6DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Make sure the door frame linings 231GX 231KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-004) or 232GX 232KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-009) are removed as required.
(2) FOR [15DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [16DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Make sure the floor panel 251DG or 252DG is removed as required (Ref. AMM TASK 53-32-12-000-002).
Subtask 25-27-51-010-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) FOR [5DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [6DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Make sure the door frame linings 231GX 231KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-004) or 232GX 232KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-009) are removed as required.

Subtask 25-27-51-910-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Remove the old sealant from all components and/or adjacent area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
Subtask 25-27-51-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the old sealant from all components and/or adjacent area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
B. Installation of the heated floor panel 5DS (6DS), 15DS (16DS)
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) FOR [5DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [6DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Support the heated floor panel (4) above the installation position.
(b) Install the bolt (7), the washer (6) and the bonding strap (5).
(c) Connect the electrical connector (8).
(d) Lower the heated floor panel (4) in position.
(4) FOR [15DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [16DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Put the heated floor panel (4) in the installation position.
(b) Get access through the removed floor panel 251DG or 252DG as required.
(c) Install the bolt (7), the washer (6) and the bonding strap (5).
(d) Connect the electrical connector (8).
14RAD1 Cord-- Synthetic fiber Dia: 2.5 mm - (10) in the gap between the heated floor panel (4) and the floor.
(7) Make a loop of the14RAD1 Cord-- Synthetic fiber Dia: 2.5 mm - (10) ends and press into the Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) .
(8) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the underside and edges of the inner cover plate (13) and the outer cover plate (3).
(9) Apply paint Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) to the underside and edges of the inner cover plate (13) and the outer cover plate (3).
(10) Put the inner cover plate (13) and the outer cover plate (3) in the installation positions.
(11) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (1) and (2).
(12) Install the screws (1) in the inner cover plate (13) and the outer cover plate (3).
(13) Install the screws (2) in the outer cover plate (3).
(14) TORQUE the screws to between 0.46 and 0.38 m.daN (40.71 and 33.63 lbf.in )
.
(15) Apply a smooth layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the outer cover plate (3) and between the sides of the heated floor panel (4) and the floor.
Subtask 25-27-51-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) FOR [5DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [6DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Support the heated floor panel (4) above the installation position.
(b) Install the bolt (7), the washer (6) and the bonding strap (5).
(c) Connect the electrical connector (8).
(d) Lower the heated floor panel (4) in position.
(4) FOR [15DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [16DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Put the heated floor panel (4) in the installation position.
(b) Get access through the removed floor panel 251DG or 252DG as required.
(c) Install the bolt (7), the washer (6) and the bonding strap (5).
(d) Connect the electrical connector (8).
NOTE: Make sure the drain holes (12) in the heated floor panel (4), align with the drain connections (9).
(5) Position the NOTE: Make sure that approximatly 250.0 mm (10.0 in.) comes out at both ends of the heated floor panel.
(6) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) to the gap between the heated floor panel (4) and the floor. (7) Make a loop of the

(9) Apply paint Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) to the underside and edges of the inner cover plate (13) and the outer cover plate (3).
(10) Put the inner cover plate (13) and the outer cover plate (3) in the installation positions.
(11) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (1) and (2).
(12) Install the screws (1) in the inner cover plate (13) and the outer cover plate (3).
(13) Install the screws (2) in the outer cover plate (3).
(14) TORQUE the screws to between 0.46 and 0.38 m.daN (40.71 and 33.63 lbf.in )
. (15) Apply a smooth layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the outer cover plate (3) and between the sides of the heated floor panel (4) and the floor.
B. Installation of the Heated Floor Panel 15DS (16DS)
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Put the heated floor panel (5) in the installation position.
(4) Get access through the removed floor panel as required.
(5) Install the bonding strap (10), the washer (11) and the screw (12).
(7) Make sure the drain holes (2) in the heated floor panel (5) align with the drain connections (6).
(8) Put14RAD1 Cord-- Synthetic fiber Dia: 2.5 mm - (7) in the gap between the heated floor panel (5) and the floor. Make sure that approximatly 250.0 mm (10.0 in.) comes out at both ends of the heated floor panel.
(9) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) (8) to the gap between the heated floor panel (5) and the floor.
(10) Make a loop at the ends of the cord (7) and press it into the sealant (8).
(11) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the underside and edges of the plates (4) and (9).
(12) Apply Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) to the underside and edges of the plates (4) and (9).
(13) Put the plates (4) and (9) in positions.
(14) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (1) and (3) and install them
(15) TORQUE the screws (1) and (3) to between 3.7 and 3.3 m.N (32.74 and 29.20 lbf.in )
.
(16) Apply a smooth layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) around the edges of the plate (4) and the gap between the heated floor panel (5) and the floor.
Subtask 25-27-51-865-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Put the heated floor panel (5) in the installation position.
(4) Get access through the removed floor panel as required.
(5) Install the bonding strap (10), the washer (11) and the screw (12).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE BONDING STRAP(S) IS(ARE) CONNECTED BEFORE YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S).
(6) Connect the electrical connector (13). (7) Make sure the drain holes (2) in the heated floor panel (5) align with the drain connections (6).
(8) Put
(9) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) (8) to the gap between the heated floor panel (5) and the floor.
(10) Make a loop at the ends of the cord (7) and press it into the sealant (8).
(11) Apply a layer of Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Interfay - (Material No.06AAC1) to the underside and edges of the plates (4) and (9).
(12) Apply Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) to the underside and edges of the plates (4) and (9).
(13) Put the plates (4) and (9) in positions.
(14) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (1) and (3) and install them
(15) TORQUE the screws (1) and (3) to between 3.7 and 3.3 m.N (32.74 and 29.20 lbf.in )

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) FOR [5DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [6DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Install the door frame linings 231GX 231KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-004) or 232GX 232KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-009) as required.
(3) FOR [15DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [16DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Install the floor panel 251DG or 252DG as required (Ref. AMM TASK 53-32-12-400-002).
(4) Close the emergency exit door from the outside (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-002).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 25-27-51-410-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) FOR [5DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA), [6DS] (FLOOR PANEL-HEAT.,DOOR AREA)
(a) Install the door frame linings 231GX 231KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-004) or 232GX 232KX (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-009) as required.

(4) Close the emergency exit door from the outside (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-002).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the floor panel 251DG or 252DG as required (Ref. AMM TASK 53-32-12-400-002).
(3) Close the emergency exit door from the outside (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-002).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).

(2) Install the floor panel 251DG or 252DG as required (Ref. AMM TASK 53-32-12-400-002).
