A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the applicable closed cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door).
(2) Remove access panel 825AR from the forward cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-14-000-801).
(3) Remove access panel 826AR from the aft cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-14-000-801).
(4) Open the applicable cargo door and safety it with the actuator safety locks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) Remove the door lining and the applicable insulation to get access to the drift pins of the applicable cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-13-000-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-13-000-001).
Subtask 12-22-52-010-051-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the applicable closed cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door).
(2) Remove access panel 825AR from the forward cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-14-000-801).
(3) Remove access panel 826AR from the aft cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-14-000-801).
(4) Open the applicable cargo door and safety it with the actuator safety locks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) Remove the door lining and the applicable insulation to get access to the drift pins of the applicable cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-13-000-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-13-000-001).
A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the applicable closed cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door).
(2) Remove access panel 825AR from the forward cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-14-000-801).
(3) Remove access panels 826AR and 826BR and door fairing 826CR from the aft cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-33-000-001).
(4) Open the applicable cargo door and safety it with the actuator safety locks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) Remove the door lining and the applicable insulation to get access to the drift pins of the applicable cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-13-000-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-13-000-001).
Subtask 12-22-52-865-051-A (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the applicable closed cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door).
(2) Remove access panel 825AR from the forward cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-14-000-801).
(3) Remove access panels 826AR and 826BR and door fairing 826CR from the aft cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-33-000-001).
(4) Open the applicable cargo door and safety it with the actuator safety locks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) Remove the door lining and the applicable insulation to get access to the drift pins of the applicable cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-13-000-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-13-000-001).

(1) If necessary, clean the applicable surface(s) with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) before lubrication.
(2) Lubricate the piano hinges with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(3) Lubricate the switch mechanism as follows:
(a) Lubricate the bearings of the target lever with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(b) Lubricate the bearings of the link assembly with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(4) Lubricate the vent door mechanism as follows:

(6) Lubricate the locking mechanism as follows:
(a) Lubricate the bearings of the locking shaft with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(b) Lubricate the locking hooks with Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) . Refer to the lubricant grease specification and lubrication requirements (Ref. AMM D/O 12-22-00-00).
(c) Use the BRUSH - BRISTLED, MEDIUM and Silicone base Grease-Mechanisms and Seals - - (Material No.03JCA9) to lubricate the eccentric bush rollers.
1 After you lubricated the eccentric bush rollers, manually turn them.
2 Replace the eccentric bush rollers that you cannot turn (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-32-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-32-400-001).
(d) Lubricate the bellcrank of each latching unit with Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) . Refer to the lubricant grease specification and lubrication requirements (Ref. AMM D/O 12-22-00-00).
(e) Lubricate the bearings of the bellcrank links with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(7) Lubricate the interlock mechanism as follows:
(a) Lubricate the bearing of the interlock lever with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .

(a) Lubricate the top and bottom vent-door hinges with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) . (b) Lubricate the bellcrank shafts with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(5) Lubricate the bearings of the locking shaft with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .

(d) Lubricate the bellcrank of each latching unit with Synthetic Ester base Grease-General Purpose Low Temp - (Material No.03HBD9) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) . Refer to the lubricant grease specification and lubrication requirements (Ref. AMM D/O 12-22-00-00).
(e) Lubricate the bearings of the bellcrank links with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(7) Lubricate the interlock mechanism as follows:
(a) Lubricate the bearings of the interlock lever and the roller lever with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .

(9) Remove the unwanted lubricant with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(10) Apply the storage preservation as follows:
(a) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) on the locking and safety shafts.
(b) Apply Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) on the inner side of the access panels and on the lower section of the door structure.
(c) Make sure that you do not apply Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) on the ball bearings of the door mechanism.

(7) Lubricate the interlock mechanism as follows:

(6) Lubricate the locking mechanism as follows:
(a) Lubricate the bearings of the locking shaft with Mineral base Lubricating Oil-General & Water-displacing Preservative Low Temp. - (Material No.03BDB9) .
(b) Lubricate the locking hooks with Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) . Refer to the lubricant grease specification and lubrication requirements (Ref. AMM D/O 12-22-00-00).

(3) Close the applicable cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(4) Install access panel 825AR on the forward cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-31-14-400-801).
(5) Install access panel 826AR on the aft cargo door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-14-400-801).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 12-22-52-410-051-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
