Subtask 79-33-15-420-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Oil Pressure Transmitter.
   (1) Lubricate the packing (35) with engine oil (Material No.CP2442) .
   (2) Remove the protective covers from the oil pressure transmitter ports and the tubes.
   (3) Install the AIPC 79-33-15-01-080 PACKING (35) and the unions (30) to the transmitter (10). TORQUE the unions to between 120 and 110 lbf.in (1.36 and 1.24 m.daN ) T.
   (4) Put the transmitter (10) on the bracket and install the bolts (15), the isolators (80), the washers (20), the nuts (75), and the cotter pins (70).
   (5) Tighten the nuts (75) as follows:
     (a) Tighten the nuts (75) with your hand until all clearances are removed, but the insolators (80) are not compressed.
     (b) Tighten the nuts (75) further to the second pin slot and install the cotter pin (70).
     (c) Make sure the cotter pin is fully in the slot on the nut. If the cotter pin is not in the slot on the nut, add a washer (20) under the head of the bolt (15).
   (6) Put the clamp (65) on the transmitter (10).
   (7) Connect the bonding jumper (60) to the clamp (65) with the screw (55), the two flat washers (50), the lock washer (45), and the nut (40).
   (8) TORQUE the nut to between 25 and 20 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.23 m.daN )
T.
   (9) Do an electrical resistance test on the bonding jumper, as follows:
     (a) Do a check of the oil pressure transmitter (10) and the clamp (65). The electrical resistance must not be more than 0.0025 ohm.
     (b) Do a check of the clamp (65) and the bonding jumper (60). The electrical resistance must not be more than 0.0025 ohm.
     (c) Do a check of the bonding jumper (60) and the ground stud. The electrical resistance must not be more than 0.0025 ohm.
   (10) Connect the oil tubes to the transmitter (10).TORQUE the couplings to between 100 and 90 lbf.in (1.13 and 1.02 m.daN )
T.
   (11) Remove the protective cover and connect the electrical connector 4003ENA to the transmitter. Tighten the connector fingertight plus one-eighth turn.
