Subtask 49-94-15-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) On the panel 25VU make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(3) Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5) Make sure that the APU access doors are open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(6) Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(7) Make sure that the LIGHT SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.
(8) Make sure that the CONTAINER 10 L(2 1/2 USGAL) is in position below the gearbox.
Subtask 49-94-15-865-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the ground service network

Subtask 49-94-15-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Install the Oil Temperature Sensor.
(1) Apply a thin layer of Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine - - (Material No.03ABA1) or Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine Low Temp. - (Material No.03ABB1) to the new AIPC 49-91-09-02-230 O-RING (3).
(2) Install the new O-ring (3) on the oil temperature-sensor (2).
(3) Remove the blanking plug from the gearbox port.
(4) Install the oil temperature-sensor (2).
(5) TORQUE the oil temperature-sensor (2) to between 88 and 72 lbf.in (0.99 and 0.81 m.daN )

(6) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (1).
(7) Connect the electrical connector (1).
Subtask 49-94-15-210-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 49-94-15-865-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Apply a thin layer of Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine - - (Material No.03ABA1) or Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine Low Temp. - (Material No.03ABB1) to the new AIPC 49-91-09-02-230 O-RING (3).
(2) Install the new O-ring (3) on the oil temperature-sensor (2).
(3) Remove the blanking plug from the gearbox port.
(4) Install the oil temperature-sensor (2).
(5) TORQUE the oil temperature-sensor (2) to between 88 and 72 lbf.in (0.99 and 0.81 m.daN )
. (6) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (1).
(7) Connect the electrical connector (1).
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

E. Start and Operate the APU.
(1) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(2) Start the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-008).
(3) Let the APU run for 5 minutes.
(4) Shut down the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-009).
(5) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR.
(6) Do a leak check of the Oil Temperature-Sensor.

5. Close-up(1) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(2) Start the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-008).
(3) Let the APU run for 5 minutes.
(4) Shut down the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-009).
(5) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR.
(6) Do a leak check of the Oil Temperature-Sensor.
NOTE: No leaks are permitted.
(7) Re-torque the oil temperature sensor (2) to to between 88 and 72 lbf.in (0.99 and 0.81 m.daN )

A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the container.
(3) Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(4) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 49-94-15-860-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the container.
(3) Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(4) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(1) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
