Subtask 49-94-14-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) On overhead control and indicating panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(3) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5) Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(6) Make sure that the APU access doors are open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(7) Make sure that the LIGHT control switch 11LJ is set to the on position.
Subtask 49-94-14-865-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Oil Pressure Switch
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Lubricate the bolts (3) and (6) with Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine - - (Material No.03ABA1) or Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine Low Temp. - (Material No.03ABB1) .
(4) Install the oil pressure switch (2), the washers (8) and the bolts (3).
(5) Install the bonding strap (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802), the washer (7) and the bolt (6).
(6) TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 51 and 46 lbf.in (0.58 and 0.52 m.daN )
.
(7) Fasten the bolt (6).
(8) Remove the blanking cap from the tube (5) and the switch (2).
(9) Connect the tube (5) to the oil pressure switch (2).
(10) TORQUE the tube (5) to between 100 and 90 lbf.in (1.13 and 1.02 m.daN )
.
(11) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(12) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(13) Connect the electrical connector P14 (1) to the oil pressure switch (2).
Subtask 49-94-14-865-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

(4) Install the oil pressure switch (2), the washers (8) and the bolts (3).
(5) Install the bonding strap (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802), the washer (7) and the bolt (6).
(6) TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 51 and 46 lbf.in (0.58 and 0.52 m.daN )
. (7) Fasten the bolt (6).
(8) Remove the blanking cap from the tube (5) and the switch (2).
(9) Connect the tube (5) to the oil pressure switch (2).
(10) TORQUE the tube (5) to between 100 and 90 lbf.in (1.13 and 1.02 m.daN )
. (11) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(12) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(13) Connect the electrical connector P14 (1) to the oil pressure switch (2).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-710-008).
(a) Operate the APU for min. five minutes and examine the joints of the oil pressure switch for leaks.

Subtask 49-94-14-410-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the off position.
(3) Close the APU access doors 316AR 315AL (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 49-94-14-860-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the off position.
(3) Close the APU access doors 316AR 315AL (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(1) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
