Subtask 49-91-49-860-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) On overhead panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is released (the ON legend is OFF).
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position below the APU compartment.
(6) Make sure that APU access doors 315AL and 316AR are open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(7) Make sure that the light switch 11LJ is in the ON position.
Subtask 49-91-49-865-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

A. Installation of the De-Oil Solenoid
(1) Apply a layer of Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine - - (Material No.03ABA1) or Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine Low Temp. - (Material No.03ABB1) to the new AIPC 49-91-45-70-130 O-RING (2) or AIPC 49-91-84-32-130 O-RING (2) and AIPC 49-91-45-70-120 O-RING (3) or AIPC 49-91-84-32-120 O-RING (3).
(2) Install the O-rings (2) and (3) on the de-oil solenoid (4).
(3) Remove the blanking plug from the gearbox port.
(4) Put the de-oil solenoid (4) in position into the lube module (1) and install the washers (5) and the bolts (6).
(5) TORQUE the bolts (6) to between 6.21 and 5.65 m.N (54.96 and 50.00 lbf.in )

(6) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (7).
(7) Connect the electrical connector (7) to the de-oil solenoid (4).
Subtask 49-91-49-210-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Apply a layer of Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine - - (Material No.03ABA1) or Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine Low Temp. - (Material No.03ABB1) to the new AIPC 49-91-45-70-130 O-RING (2) or AIPC 49-91-84-32-130 O-RING (2) and AIPC 49-91-45-70-120 O-RING (3) or AIPC 49-91-84-32-120 O-RING (3).
(2) Install the O-rings (2) and (3) on the de-oil solenoid (4).
(3) Remove the blanking plug from the gearbox port.
(4) Put the de-oil solenoid (4) in position into the lube module (1) and install the washers (5) and the bolts (6).
(5) TORQUE the bolts (6) to between 6.21 and 5.65 m.N (54.96 and 50.00 lbf.in )
.(6) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (7).
(7) Connect the electrical connector (7) to the de-oil solenoid (4).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE APU AIR INTAKE IS FULLY CLOSED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE SHUTDOWN OF THE APU WAS CORRECT. IF THE APU AIR INTAKE IS NOT FULLY CLOSED, OPERATE THE APU AT NO-LOAD FOR 5 MINUTES THEN DO A NORMAL SHUTDOWN.
B. Inspection Check NOTE: Oil level inspection and servicing should be checked not less than 15 minutes after the last shutdown. Do not re-service before the APU is operated again.
(1) Do a visual check of the oil quantity in the APU. Add oil if the oil level is on or less than the ADD mark on the sight glass. (Ref. AMM TASK 49-90-00-600-007)C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

D. Do the BITE test of the De-Oiling Solenoid Valve via the ECB-Self Test (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-710-009).
Subtask 49-91-49-710-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL E. Start and Operate the APU.
(1) Close the APU access doors (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(2) Start the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-008).
(3) Let the APU run for 5 minutes.
(4) Shut down the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-009).
(5) Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(6) Do a leak check of the De-Oil Solenoid.
5. Close-up(1) Close the APU access doors (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(2) Start the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-008).
(3) Let the APU run for 5 minutes.
(4) Shut down the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-009).
(5) Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(6) Do a leak check of the De-Oil Solenoid.
NOTE: No leaks are permitted.
Subtask 49-91-49-410-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(3) Set the light switch 11LJ to the OFF position.
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 49-91-49-860-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(3) Set the light switch 11LJ to the OFF position.
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(3) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
(1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(3) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
