Removal of the Hydraulic Brake Filter

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(3) Depressurize the brake accumulator (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-11-200-001).

(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(3) Depressurize the brake accumulator (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-11-200-001).
C. Disconnection of the PTU Isolation Coupling
(1) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(2) Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(3) Obey the flight configuration precautions (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-860-001).
(4) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.
(5) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the hydraulic brake filter 2862GM to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.
Subtask 32-43-21-865-050-A (1) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(2) Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(3) Obey the flight configuration precautions (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-860-001).
(4) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.
(5) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the hydraulic brake filter 2862GM to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.

E. Safety Precautions
(1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:

- On the panel 40VU in the cockpit
- On the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.

A. Removal of the Hydraulic Brake Filter
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2) Disconnect the connectors (1) from the unions (2).
(3) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Remove the bolts (6), the washers (5) and the hydraulic brake filter (4).
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2) Disconnect the connectors (1) from the unions (2).
(3) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(4) Remove the bolts (6), the washers (5) and the hydraulic brake filter (4).
