A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Do the Electronic Instrument System (EIS) start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 31-68-00-710-056-A

A. Do the Operational Test of the AC Essential Generation Switching (Ref. AMM TASK 24-25-00-710-001)
(1) If the operational test of the AC essential-generation switching is correct, do the deactivation of the EIS DMC2.
(a) On the center pedestal, on SWITCHING panel 8VU:

Put the EIS DMC selector switch to the F/O 3 position.
Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons to keep the EIS DMC selector switch into the F/O 3 position, and go to Para. A of the Close-up.

(2) If the operational test of the AC essential-generation switching is not correct, stop this procedure and go to Para. B of the Close-up.

(2) Make an entry in the log book.
(3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
