Make sure that the partitions 131NW/132PW are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-001).

(2) FOR [60DW]

Make sure that the AFT cargo-compartmnet door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001) .
Make sure that the CARGO COMP LT switch 8LU is set to ON.
Make sure that the partition 151BW is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-11-000-001).

(3) FOR [40DW] (SENSOR,TEMPERATURE-)

Make sure that the BULK cargo-compartmenbt door is open (Ref. AMM D/O 52-30-00-86).
Make sure that the CARGO COMP LT switch 8LU is set to ON.
Make sure that the partition 162DW is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).

(4) FOR [61DW]

Make sure that the BULK cargo-compartment door is open (Ref. AMM D/O 52-30-00-86).
Make sure that the CARGO COMP LT switch 8LU is set to ON.

4. Procedure
Subtask 30-73-19-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Temperature Sensor
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Install the clamp sensor assembly (3) and the clamp (4) on the water line (5) with the screws (1).
(3) Make sure that the clamp sensor assembly (3) and the clamp (4) are tightly installed on the water line (5).

CAUTION: REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(4) Connect the electrical connections (2) with an ELEC CONTACTS INSERTION EXTRACTION TOOL M15570-20.
(5) Install the insulation (6) around the clamp (4) and the clamp sensor assembly (3).
(6) Attach the longitudinal seam of the insulation (6) with Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - (Material No.05RAB9) (7).
(7) Attach the electrical wires with TIE WRAP(S) on the water line (5).
(8) Make sure that the cable ties do not compress the insulation (6).

Install the partition 161CW 162DW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-400-001).
Set the CARGO COMP LT switch 8LU to OFF.
Close the BULK cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM D/O 52-30-00-86).
