(2) Make sure that all other attachment holes align with the holes of the structure.
(4) Loosely install the partition panels (1), (2) and (3) with the studs (5).
(5) TORQUE studs (5) to between 0.060 and 0.055 m.daN (5.31 and 4.87 lbf.in )
.
Subtask 25-55-11-420-050-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
USE GOGGLES AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING WHEN YOU REMOVE, INSTALL OR TORQUE THE FASTENER.
IF PARTS OF THE FASTENER RELEASE SUDDENLY, THERE IS A RISK OF INJURY.
(1) Put the partition panels (1), (2), and (3) in positions. (2) Make sure that all other attachment holes align with the holes of the structure.
CAUTION:
WHEN THE RELEASE FUNCTION OF THE BRACKET (SPRING-LOADED CATCH) WAS OPERATED, REPLACE THE FASTENER ASSEMBLY WITH THE SILVER METALLIC WASHERS.
DO NOT INSTALL FASTENER ASSEMBLIES WITH WHITE WASHERS TOGETHER WITH FASTENER ASSEMBLIES WITH SILVER METALLIC WASHERS ON THE SAME PANEL.
THIS CAN CAUSE MALFUNCTION OF THE RELATED PANEL.
(3) Put all studs (5) in the holes of the structure. (4) Loosely install the partition panels (1), (2) and (3) with the studs (5).
(5) TORQUE studs (5) to between 0.060 and 0.055 m.daN (5.31 and 4.87 lbf.in )
. NOTE: When you tighten the studs you will hear a click. This is a sign that you used the correct procedure to tighten the studs. This click is not a sign that the correct torque value is applied. The applicable torque value must be between 0.055 and 0.060 m.daN in order to get 0.040 to 0.060 m.daN (measured on installed lining panel), because of to the compressible connection.
