B. Get access to the avionics compartment.
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below access door 812.
(2) Open access door 812 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
(3) In the avionics compartment, open the access panel of AC/DC emergency power-center 106VU.
Subtask 24-34-00-865-055-A (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below access door 812.
(2) Open access door 812 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
(3) In the avionics compartment, open the access panel of AC/DC emergency power-center 106VU.

(2) Remove the dust from the essential TR (1) and the adjacent area with the VACUUM CLEANER.
(3) Remove the dust collected in the essential TR (1) with the low pressure AIR SOURCE FILTERED, DRY.
(4) If necessary, clean the external surfaces of the essential TR (1) with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(5) Clean the ventilation grid of the essential TR (1) with the VACUUM CLEANER.
(6) Install the essential TR (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 24-34-51-400-001).

WHEN YOU USE COMPRESSED AIR:
- USE THE CORRECT PROTECTION (FACE SHIELD OR GOGGLES)
- DO NOT POINT THE AIRFLOW AT YOURSELF OR OTHER PERSONS.
CAUTION:
IF THERE IS DRY SAND/DUST, DO NOT USE FLUIDS TO REMOVE THE SAND/DUST. IF THERE IS LAYER OF SAND/DUST ON THE AIRCRAFT SURFACES, REMOVE THE SAND/DUST WITH A VACUUM CLEANER (OR, IF YOU CANNOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER, USE AN AIR BLOWER, A SOFT CLOTH OR A HAND BRUSH). FLUIDS CAN MIX WITH THE SAND/DUST AND MAKE A PASTE THAT CAN CAUSE EROSION/ABRASION. THIS PASTE CAN GO INTO AREAS THAT ARE NOT EASY TO CLEAN.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE VACUUM CLEANER IS CLEAN. IF YOU USE A VACUUM CLEANER THAT IS NOT CLEAN, THERE IS A RISK OF DUST CONTAMINATION IN THE AVIONICS COMPARTMENT.
(1) Remove the essential TR (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 24-34-51-000-001). (2) Remove the dust from the essential TR (1) and the adjacent area with the VACUUM CLEANER.
(3) Remove the dust collected in the essential TR (1) with the low pressure AIR SOURCE FILTERED, DRY.
(4) If necessary, clean the external surfaces of the essential TR (1) with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) .
(5) Clean the ventilation grid of the essential TR (1) with the VACUUM CLEANER.
(6) Install the essential TR (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 24-34-51-400-001).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Operational Test of the Emergency Generation System
(1) Do the operational test of the emergency generation system (Ref. AMM TASK 24-24-00-710-001).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) In the avionics compartment, close the access panel of AC/DC emergency power-center 106VU.
(3) Close access door 812 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 24-34-00-862-051-A (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) In the avionics compartment, close the access panel of AC/DC emergency power-center 106VU.
(3) Close access door 812 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
