A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position at the access door 812.
   (2) Make sure that the access door 812 is open.
   (3) In the avionics compartment, make sure that the access panel of the AC/DC emergency power center 106VU is open.

4. Procedure
Subtask 24-34-51-420-050-A
A. Installation of the Essential Transformer Rectifier
   (1) Put the transformer rectifier (1) in position.
   (2) Install the washers (2) and the screws (3) and then tighten the screws.
   (3) Remove the blanking caps from the connectors.
   (4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
   (5) Connect the connectors (4) to the transformer rectifier.
   (6) Remove the insulating sleeves from the lugs.
   (7) Connect the lugs (7) to the output terminals (8).
   (8) Install the washer (6) and the nut (5) and TORQUE it to between 0.7 and 0.6 m.daN (61.95 and 53.10 lbf.in ) T.
   (9) Install the washer (9) and the nut (10) and TORQUE it to between 1.6 and 1.5 m.daN (11.80 and 11.06 lbf.ft )
T.
   (10) Install the protective caps on the terminals (8).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) In the avionics compartment, close the access panel of the AC/DC emergency power center 106VU.
   (3) Close the access door 812.
   (4) Remove the access platform(s).
