Subtask 79-32-15-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Oil Temperature Sensor
   (1) Remove the protective covers from the lube oil module.
   (2) Clean the mating surfaces:
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
     (a) To be sure of a good electrical bond between the oil temperature sensor (10) and the lube oil module, clean the mating surfaces with isopropyl alcohol (Material No.CP1041) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
   (3) Lubricate the packing:
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
     (a) Lubricate AIPC 79-32-15-01-030 PACKING (15) with engine oil (Material No.CP2442) .
   (4) Install the packing (15) on the sensor (10).
   (5) Put the sensor (10) on the lube oil module and install the bolts (5).
   (6) TORQUE the bolts (5) to between 35 and 30 lbf.in (0.40 and 0.34 m.daN ) T.
   (7) Lock the bolts with CP8001lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8 mm) dia. or CP8002lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8 mm) dia.
   (8) Remove the protective covers from electrical connector 4004ENA and the temperature sensor.
   (9) Connect electrical connector 4004ENA to the sensor (10). Tighten the connector by hand plus one-eighth turn.
   (10) Do an electrical bond resistance check as follows:
NOTE: Make sure you do an electrical bond resistance check at both bolt locations.
   (11) Put one lead of the OHMMETER MULTIRANGE on the flange of the sensor (10) near the bolt (5).
   (12) Put the other lead of the ohmmeter on the surface of the lube oil module.
   (13) The resistance measured between the ohmmeter leads must not be more than 0.0025 ohm. Do one more check.
   (14) If the resistance is more than 0.0025 ohm, remove the sensor (10) and clean the mating surfaces again. Do this procedure until the resistance is less than 0.0025 ohm.
