A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) In the cockpit, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to move:
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(4) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.
(5) Make sure that the MCDU 3CA1 and 3CA2 are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-000-001).
(6) Make sure that the Radio Management Panels 1RG1 and 1RG2 are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001).
(7) Make sure that the Audio Control Panels 2RN1 and 2RN2 are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-12-000-001).
(8) Make sure that the Weather Radar Control Unit 3SQ is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-000-001).
(9) Make sure that the ATC/TCAS Control Unit 3SH is removed.
(10) Make sure that the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU are removed.
(11) Make sure that the plates are removed.
Subtask 76-11-17-010-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 76-11-17-865-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) In the cockpit, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to move:
- the trottle control levers
- the slat and flap control levers
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(4) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.

(9) Make sure that the ATC/TCAS Control Unit 3SH is removed.
(10) Make sure that the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU are removed.
(11) Make sure that the plates are removed.
C. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Install the Throttle Control Artificial Feel Unit as follows:
(1) Install the throttle control artificial feel unit (23).
(2) Install the 2 bolts (24), 2 washers (22) and 2 nuts (21).
(3) If necessary bond the bushes (25) on the bolts (26) with Loctite 675 (Material No.CP2188) .
(4) Install the 2 bolt assemblies (26), the 2 washers (20) and the 2 nuts (19).
(5) Tighten the 4 nuts.
(6) Install 4 new AIPC 76-11-01-02-010 COTTER PINS (18).
(7) Install the 4 rods (27).
(8) If necessary bond the 4 bushes (16) on the 4 bolts (17) with Loctite 675 (Material No.CP2188) .
(9) Install the 4 bolt assemblies (17), the 4 washers (15) and the 4 nuts (14).
(10) Tighten the 4 nuts.
Subtask 76-11-17-820-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the throttle control artificial feel unit (23).
(2) Install the 2 bolts (24), 2 washers (22) and 2 nuts (21).
(3) If necessary bond the bushes (25) on the bolts (26) with Loctite 675 (Material No.CP2188) .
(4) Install the 2 bolt assemblies (26), the 2 washers (20) and the 2 nuts (19).
(5) Tighten the 4 nuts.
(6) Install 4 new AIPC 76-11-01-02-010 COTTER PINS (18).
(7) Install the 4 rods (27).
(8) If necessary bond the 4 bushes (16) on the 4 bolts (17) with Loctite 675 (Material No.CP2188) .
(9) Install the 4 bolt assemblies (17), the 4 washers (15) and the 4 nuts (14).
(10) Tighten the 4 nuts.
B. Adjustment of the Mechanical Linkage
(1) Make sure that you can easily install and remove the rigging pin 98DNSA20208080 RIGGING PIN (12) in the artificial feel unit (23).
(a) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (Ref. AMM TASK 76-11-00-820-042).
(2) Make sure that you can easily install and remove the rigging pin 98DNSA20206080 RIGGING PIN (11) in the throttle control unit.
(a) If you can not do this, adjust the leng of the rod (Ref. AMM TASK 76-11-00-820-043).
Subtask 76-11-17-420-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 76-11-17-080-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that you can easily install and remove the rigging pin 98DNSA20208080 RIGGING PIN (12) in the artificial feel unit (23).
(a) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (Ref. AMM TASK 76-11-00-820-042).
(2) Make sure that you can easily install and remove the rigging pin 98DNSA20206080 RIGGING PIN (11) in the throttle control unit.
(a) If you can not do this, adjust the leng of the rod (Ref. AMM TASK 76-11-00-820-043).
D. Remove the rigging pin (12) from the artificial feel unit and the rigging pin (11) from the throttle control unit.
Subtask 76-11-17-480-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 76-11-17-820-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL F. Adjustment of the Artificial Unit
(1) Measure the value necessary to move the throttle control lever between the IDLE STOP and the MAX CLIMB.
(a) This value must be 0.8 +0.1 -0 daN (1.8 +0.2 -0 lbf).
(a) This value must be 2.5 +0.1 -0 daN (5.62 +0.22 -0 lbf).
(3) If you do not get these values, adjust the artificial feel unit (Ref. AMM TASK 76-11-00-820-043)
Subtask 76-11-17-080-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Measure the value necessary to move the throttle control lever between the IDLE STOP and the MAX CLIMB.
(a) This value must be 0.8 +0.1 -0 daN (1.8 +0.2 -0 lbf).
NOTE: Measure this value in the IDLE STOP to MAX CLIMB range. Do not measure this value at the hard point where the load increases suddenly.
(2) Measure the value necessary to move beyond MAX CLIMB hard point. (a) This value must be 2.5 +0.1 -0 daN (5.62 +0.22 -0 lbf).
(3) If you do not get these values, adjust the artificial feel unit (Ref. AMM TASK 76-11-00-820-043)
G. Remove the tool from the throttle control levers.
5. Close-upSubtask 76-11-17-410-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the plates (4) and (10).
(3) Install the washers (5) and the screws (6).
(4) Install the clamps (9).
(5) Install the ventilation plates (8).
(6) Install the screws (7).
(7) Install the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and the FLOOD LT panel 112VU:
(b) Install the connector (2) on the panel (1).
(c) Install the panel (1) on the structure.
(d) Fully tighten the fasteners on the panel (1).
(8) Install the Multipurpose Control and Display Units (3CA1 and 3CA2). (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-400-002).
(9) Install the Radio Management Panels (1RG1 and 1RG2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).
(10) Install the Audio Control Panels (2RN1 and 2RN2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-12-400-001).
(11) Install the Weather Radar Control Unit (3SQ) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-400-001).
(12) Install the ATC/TCAS Control Unit (3SH) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-400-001)
Subtask 76-11-17-410-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the plates (4) and (10).
(3) Install the washers (5) and the screws (6).
(4) Install the clamps (9).
(5) Install the ventilation plates (8).
(6) Install the screws (7).
(7) Install the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and the FLOOD LT panel 112VU:
NOTE: The installation procedure is the same for the FLOOD LT/INTEC LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(a) Remove the blanking caps from the connectors (2) and (3). (b) Install the connector (2) on the panel (1).
(c) Install the panel (1) on the structure.
(d) Fully tighten the fasteners on the panel (1).
(8) Install the Multipurpose Control and Display Units (3CA1 and 3CA2). (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-400-002).
(9) Install the Radio Management Panels (1RG1 and 1RG2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).
(10) Install the Audio Control Panels (2RN1 and 2RN2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-12-400-001).
(11) Install the Weather Radar Control Unit (3SQ) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-400-001).
(12) Install the ATC/TCAS Control Unit (3SH) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-400-001)
B. Close Access
(1) Remove the access platform(s).
(2) Close the access door 811
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).

D. Do an operational test of the panels FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU:
(1) operate the light adjustment knobs of the panels FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(2) Make sure that the light intensity of the panels on the glareshield 13VU, F/O glareshield panel 130VU, CAPT GLARESHIELD panel 131VU and OVERHEAD 48VU changes.
(1) operate the light adjustment knobs of the panels FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(2) Make sure that the light intensity of the panels on the glareshield 13VU, F/O glareshield panel 130VU, CAPT GLARESHIELD panel 131VU and OVERHEAD 48VU changes.
