A. Removal of the Weather-Radar Control Unit
(1) Loosen the four quarter-turn fasteners (1).
(2) Pull the weather-radar control unit (2) from its housing (5).
(4) Remove the weather-radar control unit (2).
(5) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(1) Loosen the four quarter-turn fasteners (1).
(2) Pull the weather-radar control unit (2) from its housing (5).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connector(s) (4) and hold it (them) away from the panel. (4) Remove the weather-radar control unit (2).
(5) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
