A. Installation of the RMP
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the blanking caps from the plug (4) and the receptacle (3).
(4) Make sure that the plug (4) and the receptacle (3) are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the plug (4) to the receptacle (3).
(6) Install the RMP (2) in its housing.
(7) Tighten the fasteners (1) a quarter turn.
Subtask 23-13-13-865-056-A (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the blanking caps from the plug (4) and the receptacle (3).
(4) Make sure that the plug (4) and the receptacle (3) are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the plug (4) to the receptacle (3).
(6) Install the RMP (2) in its housing.
(7) Tighten the fasteners (1) a quarter turn.
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Do the BITE test of the RMP (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-00-740-001).
5. Close-upNOTE: As an alternative procedure, you can do the operational test without the Centralized Fault Display System (CFDS) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-00-710-001).
