B. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 76-11-00-010-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL 4. Procedure(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:

A. Put the throttle control lever in the IDLE STOP position and hold it in this position
detail A.
(1) Adjust the length of the rod.
(b) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (6).
Subtask 76-11-00-820-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL detail A.
(1) Adjust the length of the rod.
CAUTION:
DO NOT APPLY FORCE TO PUSH IN OR PUSH OUT THE RIGGING PINS IN THE RIGGING HOLES. IF THE RIGGING PINS ARE DIFFICULT TO PUSH IN, YOU MUST ADJUST THE RODS UNTIL THEY GO IN EASILY.
(a) Make sure that you can easily install and remove the 98DNSA20208080 RIGGING PIN (5) in the artificial feel unit (1). (b) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (6).
B. Remove for access
(1) Remove the Multipurpose Control and Display Units 3CA1 and 3CA2 (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-000-001)
(2) Remove the Radio Management Panels 1RG1 and 1RG2 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001)
(3) Remove the Audio Control Panels 2RN1 and 2RN2 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-12-000-001)
(4) Remove the Weather Radar Control Unit 3SQ (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-000-001)
(5) Remove the ATC/TCAS Control Unit 3SH (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-000-001)
(6) Remove the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(b) Disconnect the connector (3) from the panel (1).
(c) Remove the panel (1).
(d) Put CAP - BLANKING on the connectors (2) and (3).
(7) Remove the screws (14).
(8) Remove the ventilation plates (15).
(9) Disconnect the clamps (16).
(10) Remove the screws (10) and the washers (11).
(11) Remove the plates (12) and (13).
(12) Cut and remove the lockwire and adjust the length of the adjustable rod (6)
detail B.
(13) Tighten and safety the hinge points and the adjustable rod ends with lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8 mm) dia..

(5) Remove the ATC/TCAS Control Unit 3SH (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-000-001)
(6) Remove the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
NOTE: The removal procedure is the same for the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(a) Release the fasteners of the panel (1) and disengage the panel (1) from its housing. (b) Disconnect the connector (3) from the panel (1).
(c) Remove the panel (1).
(d) Put CAP - BLANKING on the connectors (2) and (3).
(7) Remove the screws (14).
(8) Remove the ventilation plates (15).
(9) Disconnect the clamps (16).
(10) Remove the screws (10) and the washers (11).
(11) Remove the plates (12) and (13).
(12) Cut and remove the lockwire and adjust the length of the adjustable rod (6)

(13) Tighten and safety the hinge points and the adjustable rod ends with lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8 mm) dia..
C. With the throttle control lever in the IDLE STOP position, make sure that you can :
(1) Easily install the pin (5) in the artificial feel unit (1)
(2) Easily remove this pin from the artificial feel unit (1)
(3) Install the pin again.
(4) Make sure that you can:
(a) Easily install the 98DNSA20206080 RIGGING PIN (3) in the throttle control unit (4) and in the input lever,
(b) Easily remove this pin from these components.
(c) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (2).
Subtask 76-11-00-820-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Easily install the pin (5) in the artificial feel unit (1)
(2) Easily remove this pin from the artificial feel unit (1)
(3) Install the pin again.
(4) Make sure that you can:
(a) Easily install the 98DNSA20206080 RIGGING PIN (3) in the throttle control unit (4) and in the input lever,
(b) Easily remove this pin from these components.
(c) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (2).
D. Cut and remove the lockwire and adjust the length of the adjustable rod (2).

(1) Disconnect the rod (2) from the throttle control unit and the artificial feel unit to install the lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8mm) dia.. Tighten and safety the hinge points and the adjustable rod ends.
(2) Install the rod (2).
Subtask 76-11-00-869-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL detail B.
(1) Disconnect the rod (2) from the throttle control unit and the artificial feel unit to install the lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8mm) dia.. Tighten and safety the hinge points and the adjustable rod ends.
(2) Install the rod (2).
E. Remove the pin (5). With the throttle control lever in the IDLE STOP position make sure that you can :
(1) Easily remove the pin (3) from the throttle control unit.
(2) Easily install this pin in this unit. Remove this pin.
5. Close-up(1) Easily remove the pin (3) from the throttle control unit.
(2) Easily install this pin in this unit. Remove this pin.
Subtask 76-11-00-869-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Make sure that all the pins are removed.
(1) Install the plates (12) and (13).
(2) Install the screws (10) and washers (11).
(3) Install the clamps (16).
(4) Install the ventilation plates (15).
(5) Install the screws (14).
(6) Install the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(b) Install the connector (2) on the panel (1).
(c) Install the panel (1) on the structure.
(d) Fully tighten the fasteners on the panel (1).
(7) Install the Multipurpose Control and Display Units (3CA1 and 3CA2). (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-400-002)
(8) Install the Radio Management Panels (1RG1 and 1RG2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001)
(9) Install the Audio Control Panels (2RN1 and 2RN2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-12-400-001)
(10) Install the Weather Radar Control Unit (3SQ) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-400-001)
(11) Install the ATC/TCAS Control Unit (3SH) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-400-001)
(12) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 76-11-00-410-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the plates (12) and (13).
(2) Install the screws (10) and washers (11).
(3) Install the clamps (16).
(4) Install the ventilation plates (15).
(5) Install the screws (14).
(6) Install the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
NOTE: The installation procedure is the same for the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(a) Remove the blanking caps from the connectors (2) and (3). (b) Install the connector (2) on the panel (1).
(c) Install the panel (1) on the structure.
(d) Fully tighten the fasteners on the panel (1).
(7) Install the Multipurpose Control and Display Units (3CA1 and 3CA2). (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-400-002)
(8) Install the Radio Management Panels (1RG1 and 1RG2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001)
(9) Install the Audio Control Panels (2RN1 and 2RN2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-12-400-001)
(10) Install the Weather Radar Control Unit (3SQ) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-400-001)
(11) Install the ATC/TCAS Control Unit (3SH) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-400-001)
(12) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
B. Close Access
(1) Close the access door 811.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
Subtask 76-11-00-865-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Close the access door 811.

(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(4) Make sure that you can :
(5) easily install the 98DNSA20206080 RIGGING PIN (3) in the throttle control unit (4) and in the input lever,
(6) easily remove this pin from these components.
(a) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (2).
Subtask 76-11-00-710-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) easily install the pin (5) in the artificial feel unit (1)
(2) easily remove this pin from the artificial feel unit (1)
(3) install the pin again.
(4) Make sure that you can :
(5) easily install the 98DNSA20206080 RIGGING PIN (3) in the throttle control unit (4) and in the input lever,
(6) easily remove this pin from these components.
(a) If you can not do this, adjust the length of the rod (2).
E. Do an operational test of the FLOOD LT/ING LT panel 111VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU :
(1) Operate the light adjustment knobs of the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 11VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(2) Make sure that the light intensity of the glareshield 13VU, F/O glareshield panel 130VU, CAPT glareshield panel 131VU and overheard control & indicating panel 48VU changes.
(1) Operate the light adjustment knobs of the FLOOD LT/INTEG LT panel 11VU and FLOOD LT panel 112VU.
(2) Make sure that the light intensity of the glareshield 13VU, F/O glareshield panel 130VU, CAPT glareshield panel 131VU and overheard control & indicating panel 48VU changes.
