WARNING: YOU MUST DEACTIVATE THE THRUST REVERSER BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON OR AROUND IT. IF YOU DO NOT, THE THRUST REVERSER CAN OPERATE ACCIDENTALLY AND CAUSE AN INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE.
   (1) Make sure that you did the deactivation of the thrust reverser system for ground maintenance (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-805).

   (1) Make sure that the right thrust reverser cowl-door are open (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-010-802):

4. Procedure
CAUTION: WIPE CLEAN ALL PARTS AND TOOLS AS NECESSARY TO REMOVE UNWANTED DEBRIS AND PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
Subtask 73-11-07-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Fuel Filter Housing
CAUTION: REMOVE THE PROTECTION COVERS FROM THE OPENINGS AS NECESSARY TO PREVENT ENGINE DAMAGE.
   (1) Make sure that you remove all the necessary COVER - PROTECTION to prevent damage to the engine.
   (2) Install the fuel filter housing (5) to the fuel manifold as follows. See

     (a) Apply P03-001lubricant, aircraft turbine engine to a new EIPC 73-11-07-01-090 PACKING-PREFORMED (4) and new EIPC 73-11-07-01-080 PACKING-PREFORMED (6).
     (b) Install the packings (4) and (6) in the fuel filter housing (5).
     (c) Apply Antigalling Compound (Material No.
P06-054) to the threads of the six bolts (2).
NOTE: For new or refurbished bolts or nuts with baked-on lubricant, do not do the wet application.
     (d) Align the fuel filter housing (5) to the fuel manifold with ratchet lever on the housing at the 9 o'clock position.
     (e) Install the fuel filter housing (5) and bracket (1) with the top three bolts (2) to the fuel manifold.
     (f) Attach the fuel filter housing (5) with the bottom three bolts (2) and spacers (3).
     (g) TORQUE the six bolts (2) to between 100 and 90 lbf.in (1.13 and 1.02 m.daN ) T.
   (3) Engage the exciter cables and wiring harness (WC08) on the bracket (1).
   (4) Install the fuel filter element (
Ref. AMM TASK 73-11-06-400-801).
   (5) Examine the assembly for unwanted objects, damage and correct assembly.

   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the right thrust reverser cowl-door (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-410-802):
