(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

A. Installation of the HP Air-Ground Connector Door
(1) Put the door (2) and the hinge (4) in position on the door frame.
(2) Install the door stopper (5) on the hinge (4).
(3) Install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) and tighten them.
Subtask 52-42-16-420-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the door (2) and the hinge (4) in position on the door frame.
(2) Install the door stopper (5) on the hinge (4).
(3) Install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) and tighten them.
NOTE: Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) on each side of the hinge (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Attach the spring (3) to the spring fitting (7). A. Installation of the HP Air-Ground Connector Door
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Put the door (2) and the hinge (4) in position on the door frame.
(4) Install the door stopper (5) on the hinge (4).
(5) Install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) and tighten them.
(6) Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) on each side of the hinge (4). (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802)
(7) Remove the COVER - PLASTIC from the bellow (8).
(8) Install the clamp (9) on the bellow (8).
(9) Extend smoothly the bellow (8) until the red ink mark on the outlet socket (10).
(10) Install the clamp (9) on its recorded position.
(11) TORQUE the screw of the clamp (9) to between 0.308 and 0.252 m.daN (27.26 and 22.30 lbf.in )

(12) Attach the spring (3) to the spring fitting (7).
Subtask 52-42-16-210-051-B WARNING:
DO NOT GO INTO THE WORK AREA UNTIL A MINIMUM OF 5 MINUTES AFTER YOU REMOVE THE ACCESS PANEL. LET AIR FLOW THROUGH THE WORK AREA. AIR FROM THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW OXYGEN CONTENT AND CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH.
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Put the door (2) and the hinge (4) in position on the door frame.
(4) Install the door stopper (5) on the hinge (4).
(5) Install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) and tighten them.
(6) Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) on each side of the hinge (4). (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802)
(7) Remove the COVER - PLASTIC from the bellow (8).
(8) Install the clamp (9) on the bellow (8).

(10) Install the clamp (9) on its recorded position.
(11) TORQUE the screw of the clamp (9) to between 0.308 and 0.252 m.daN (27.26 and 22.30 lbf.in )

B. Check of the Door Opening/Closing
(1) Open and close the door (2).
(2) Make sure that the door (2) operates correctly.

C. Leak Test
(1) Open the door (2) and safety it to keep it open.
(3) Examine the joints between:

NOTE: Make sure that the external outlet of the outlet socket (10) is not blocked, and that the air stream is clear.
NOTE: Do the two subsequent steps at the same time. Two persons are necessary to do these steps.
(2) Do the BITE Test of the IGGS with Bleed Air (Ref. AMM TASK 47-31-34-740-001). (3) Examine the joints between:
- the bellow (8) and the outlet socket (10),
and - the pipe area between the bellow (8) and the IGGS pallet,
for air leakage.
NOTE: Air leaks are not permitted.

(2) Close the door 191DB.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).

C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.

(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
