A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the access door 812
(2) Make sure that the access door 812 is open.
(3) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(4) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) which tells persons not to push the OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch is in position.
(5) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) which tells persons not to open the valve of the oxygen cylinder is in position.
Subtask 35-13-14-865-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the access door 812

Subtask 35-13-14-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Oxygen Pressure Switch
(1) Apply Sealing Profile-- PTFE Tape - (Material No.14JAF1) to the threads of the pressure switch (2).
(2) Remove the blanking caps from the connector (3) and the manifold (1).
(3) Install the pressure switch (2) on the manifold (1).
(4) TORQUE to between 3.33 and 2.95 m.daN (24.56 and 21.76 lbf.ft )

(5) Connect the electrical connector (3) to the pressure switch (2).
Subtask 35-13-14-865-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Apply Sealing Profile-- PTFE Tape - (Material No.14JAF1) to the threads of the pressure switch (2).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Leak Test
(1) ON the panel 21VU, push the OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch, the OFF legend goes off.
(2) Apply the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) to the connection.
(3) Very slowly open the valve of the cylinder (5750 HM) 3.5 to 4 turns.
(4) Let the pressure become stable. This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.
(5) Fully open the cylinder valve.
(6) Examine each connection to make sure that there are no leaks.
(7) Rub off the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) .
Subtask 35-13-14-790-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) ON the panel 21VU, push the OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch, the OFF legend goes off.
(2) Apply the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) to the connection.
(3) Very slowly open the valve of the cylinder (5750 HM) 3.5 to 4 turns.
(4) Let the pressure become stable. This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.
(5) Fully open the cylinder valve.
(6) Examine each connection to make sure that there are no leaks.
(7) Rub off the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) .
C. Leak Test
(1) ON the panel 21VU, push the OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch, the OFF legend goes off.
(2) Apply the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) to the connection.
(3) Turn the valve of the cylinder (5750 HM) very slowly until it is fully open.
(4) Examine each connection to make sure that there are no leaks.
(5) Rub off the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) .
Subtask 35-13-14-790-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) ON the panel 21VU, push the OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch, the OFF legend goes off.
(2) Apply the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) to the connection.
(3) Turn the valve of the cylinder (5750 HM) very slowly until it is fully open.
(4) Examine each connection to make sure that there are no leaks.
(5) Rub off the solution Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) .
D. Electrical Test
(1) On the panel 21VU, release the OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch. The OFF legend comes on.
(2) On the oxygen-mask stowage box, operate the PRESS TO TEST AND RESET control slide a sufficient number of times to make the system empty.
(3) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001)
(4) On the DOOR page, on the lower ECAM DU, the OXY LO PR indication comes on amber.
NOTE: The OXY LO PR indication goes off when the LP oxygen supply solenoid valve (3HT) is open.
5. Close-up(1) On the panel 21VU, release the OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch. The OFF legend comes on.
(2) On the oxygen-mask stowage box, operate the PRESS TO TEST AND RESET control slide a sufficient number of times to make the system empty.
(3) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)

(4) On the DOOR page, on the lower ECAM DU, the OXY LO PR indication comes on amber.
NOTE: The OXY LO PR indication goes off when the LP oxygen supply solenoid valve (3HT) is open.
Subtask 35-13-14-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the Aircraft Back to its Initial Configuration
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the warning notice.
(3) Do the EIS stop procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(4) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits. (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002)
Subtask 35-13-14-410-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the warning notice.
(3) Do the EIS stop procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(4) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits. (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002)
B. Close Access
(1) Close the access door 812
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(1) Close the access door 812
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
