A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the PTU isolation coupling is disconnected (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(2) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
Subtask 32-44-15-865-053-A (1) Make sure that the PTU isolation coupling is disconnected (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(2) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

C. Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
Subtask 32-44-15-560-050-B - On panel 40VU in the cockpit,
- On the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.
D. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(5) Apply Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) to the packings (2) and the back-up rings (3).
(6) If removed, apply Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) to the seals (6) and the back-up rings (5).
4. Procedure(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(5) Apply Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) to the packings (2) and the back-up rings (3).
(6) If removed, apply Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) to the seals (6) and the back-up rings (5).
Subtask 32-44-15-420-050-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Pressure relief Valve 3067GM
(1) Remove the blanking plugs.
(2) If removed, install the new items that follow on the bobbins (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-23-21-911-001):
(4) Install the new items that follow on the bobbins (4):
(6) Put the bonding strap (10) in position and install the washers (9) and the bolts (8) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(7) TORQUE the bolts (8) to between 0.9 and 0.8 m.daN (79.65 and 70.80 lbf.in )

(8) Paint a line on the bolts (8) with Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) .
Subtask 32-44-15-865-054-A (1) Remove the blanking plugs.
(2) If removed, install the new items that follow on the bobbins (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-23-21-911-001):
- AIPC 32-44-03-06-120 BACK-UP RINGS (5) or AIPC 32-44-83-08-240 BACK-UP RINGS (5)
- AIPC 32-44-03-06-130 SQUARE SEALS (6) or AIPC 32-44-83-08-250 SQUARE SEALS (6).
(4) Install the new items that follow on the bobbins (4):
- AIPC 32-44-03-06-110 BACK-UP RINGS (3) or AIPC 32-44-83-08-230 BACK-UP RINGS (3)
- AIPC 32-44-03-06-100 PACKINGS (2) or AIPC 32-44-83-08-220 PACKINGS (2).
(6) Put the bonding strap (10) in position and install the washers (9) and the bolts (8) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(7) TORQUE the bolts (8) to between 0.9 and 0.8 m.daN (79.65 and 70.80 lbf.in )
. (8) Paint a line on the bolts (8) with Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) .
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Preparation for Test
(1) Connect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-002).
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the container.
(5) If necessary fill the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system to the correct level (Ref. AMM TASK 12-12-29-611-001).
(6) Bleed the alternate brake system (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-00-870-002).
Subtask 32-44-15-710-050-A (1) Connect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-002).
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the container.
(5) If necessary fill the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system to the correct level (Ref. AMM TASK 12-12-29-611-001).
(6) Bleed the alternate brake system (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-00-870-002).
D. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the alternate brake system (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-00-710-001).
(2) Make sure that there is no hydraulic fluid leakage from the pressure relief valve 3067GM.
5. Close-up(1) Do the operational test of the alternate brake system (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-00-710-001).
(2) Make sure that there is no hydraulic fluid leakage from the pressure relief valve 3067GM.
Subtask 32-44-15-410-050-A
A. Close Access
(1) Apply corrosion protection to the bolt heads and the adjacent areas (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-13-916-002).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Close the right MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(1) Apply corrosion protection to the bolt heads and the adjacent areas (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-13-916-002).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Close the right MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
Pressure Relief Valve 3067GM
