3. Job Set-up

A. Safety Precautions
   (1) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
   (2) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the landing gear or the brakes.
   (3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position on the ground service connections to tell persons not to operate:
  • The Green hydraulic system
  • The Yellow hydraulic system.
   (4) Make sure that the safety devices are installed on the landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-001).

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the applicable hydraulic systems are depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (2) Depressurize the applicable hydraulic reservoirs (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

C. Get Access
   (1) Remove the applicable MLG shock absorber (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-13-000-001).
   (2) Use the 460006211 LIFTING-TACKLE to install the shock absorber in the 460006212 TROLLEY-BUILD.

C. Get Access
   (1) Remove the applicable MLG shock absorber (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-13-000-001).
   (2) Use the 460006211 LIFTING-TACKLE to install the shock absorber in the 460007240 TROLLEY-BUILD.
4. Procedure
Subtask 32-11-13-020-064-A
A. Removal of the Lower Bearing Inner-Liner (referred to as Liner)
   (1) Remove the applicable lower bearing housing (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-13-000-004).
   (2) Turn the liner (2) until the vertical cut (in the liner) is aligned with a dowel hole in the lower bearing housing (1).
   (3) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC to remove the liner (2) from the lower bearing housing (1).
   (4) Discard the liner (2).
