   (1) On the AIR control panel 25VU:
  • make sure that the PROBE/WINDOW HEAT pushbutton switch is released.

D. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001)
   (2) On one MCDU, get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST ICE & RAIN page (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-007).

A. Operational Test to Read the CLASS 3 FAULTS
ACTION
RESULT
1.On the MCDU, on the ICE & RAIN menu page:
  • Push the line key adjacent to the WINDOW HEAT CMPTR 1(2) indication.
The MCDU shows the WIND HEAT 1(2) menu.
2.Push the line key adjacent to the CLASS 3 FAULTS indication.
The MCDU shows NO FAULT.
3.On the MCDU, push the line select key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the CFDS menu page comes into view.
