A. Repair of the Crack(s) or Damage on the Lavatory Floor Pan (Non-textile Floor Cover, behind the Toilet Shroud and below the Washbasin)
(a) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(b) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(a) Stop-drill the ends of the cracks with a DRILL DIA 4.7 MM (0.185 IN)
(b) Remove the unwanted material with a CUTTER - THIN BLADE.
(c) Make the repair area smooth with a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400).
(d) Clean the repair area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(e) Fill the repair area with Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) .
(f) Remove the unwanted adhesive from the repair area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(g) Let the adhesive cure for 1 hour.
(h) Cut a patch of the Dry glass fabric-2x2 Twill 163 gsm - 92110 style - Furnishing (Material No.13AHA3) sufficient in dimension to cover the repair area.
(i) Apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 3 (Material No.05EML7) on the Dry glass fabric-2x2 Twill 163 gsm - 92110 style - Furnishing (Material No.13AHA3) and install the patch on the repair area.
(j) Let the repair cure for 1 hour.
(k) If necessary, make the repair area smooth with a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400).
(l) Clean the repair area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If necessary, apply Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) or 16-548-METALLIC TOPCOAT to the repair area.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

CAUTION:
USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED MATERIALS AND OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURERS. OTHER MATERIALS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE PROTECTION OF THE COMPONENTS AND THE RELATED AREA.
(1) Preparation for the repair: (a) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(b) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
NOTE: If the crack(s) is/are longer than 710 mm (28 in.), or 2 cracks at less than 51 mm (2 in.) from each other are present, repair the floor pan during a maintenance operation. This prevents that liquids go into the aircraft structure. Replace the floor pan by a new one after one year or during a maintenance operation whichever occurs first.
(2) Do the repair: (a) Stop-drill the ends of the cracks with a DRILL DIA 4.7 MM (0.185 IN)
(b) Remove the unwanted material with a CUTTER - THIN BLADE.
(c) Make the repair area smooth with a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400).
(d) Clean the repair area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(e) Fill the repair area with Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) .
(f) Remove the unwanted adhesive from the repair area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(g) Let the adhesive cure for 1 hour.
(h) Cut a patch of the Dry glass fabric-2x2 Twill 163 gsm - 92110 style - Furnishing (Material No.13AHA3) sufficient in dimension to cover the repair area.
(i) Apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 3 (Material No.05EML7) on the Dry glass fabric-2x2 Twill 163 gsm - 92110 style - Furnishing (Material No.13AHA3) and install the patch on the repair area.
(j) Let the repair cure for 1 hour.
(k) If necessary, make the repair area smooth with a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400).
(l) Clean the repair area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If necessary, apply Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) or 16-548-METALLIC TOPCOAT to the repair area.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
B. Repair of Crack(s) or Damage on the Vertical Panel of the Floor Pan
(a) Stop-drill the ends of crack(s) with a DRILL DIA 4.7 MM (0.185 IN)
(b) Remove the unwanted material with a CUTTER - THIN BLADE.
(c) Make the repair area smooth with a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400).
(2) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Fill the damaged area with the Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) .
(a) Remove the unwanted adhesive from the repair area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Let the adhesive cure for 1 hour.
(5) Cut a patch of the Laminate Repair Patch-Fire compliant - Cargo (Material No.13XCA4) sufficient in dimension to cover the damaged area.
(6) Apply the Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) on the Laminate Repair Patch-Fire compliant - Cargo (Material No.13XCA4) and install the patch on the damaged area.
(7) Allow the Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) to cure for 1 hour.
(a) If necessary, make the repair area smooth with a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400).
(8) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(9) If necessary, apply Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) to the repair area.
(10) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(3) Fill the damaged area with the Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) .
(a) Remove the unwanted adhesive from the repair area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Let the adhesive cure for 1 hour.
(5) Cut a patch of the Laminate Repair Patch-Fire compliant - Cargo (Material No.13XCA4) sufficient in dimension to cover the damaged area.
(6) Apply the Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) on the Laminate Repair Patch-Fire compliant - Cargo (Material No.13XCA4) and install the patch on the damaged area.
(7) Allow the Polyurethane Adhesive-Equipment & Furnishing Two parts - (Material No.05FCE1) to cure for 1 hour.
(a) If necessary, make the repair area smooth with a CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 320 - 400).
(8) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(9) If necessary, apply Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) to the repair area.
(10) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
C. Replacement of the Damaged Sealant around the Non-textile Floor Covering (NTF)
(2) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Apply the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-Rubber & Plastic Bonding One part - (Material No.06CED1) to the damaged area around the NTF covering.
(a) Remove the unwanted sealant from the repair area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Let the sealant cure for 1 hour.
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 25-40-00-340-058-A WARNING:

CAUTION:
USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED MATERIALS AND OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURERS. OTHER MATERIALS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE PROTECTION OF THE COMPONENTS AND THE RELATED AREA.
(1) Carefully remove damaged sealant with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC. (2) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Apply the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-Rubber & Plastic Bonding One part - (Material No.06CED1) to the damaged area around the NTF covering.
(a) Remove the unwanted sealant from the repair area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(4) Let the sealant cure for 1 hour.
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
D. Installation of Preventive Pads (Floor Pan Removed)
(2) Make the necessary number of pads with a dimension of 2 in. x 2 in. (50 mm x 50 mm) from:
(3) Bond the pads to the floor pan with Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 1 (Material No.05EML9) and let the adhesive harden.
(a) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(4) Paint the pads with Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) .
Subtask 25-40-00-340-064-A WARNING:

(1) If necessary stop-drill the ends of crack(s) with a DRILL DIA 4.7 MM (0.185 IN). (2) Make the necessary number of pads with a dimension of 2 in. x 2 in. (50 mm x 50 mm) from:
- Laminate Material LN 40606-40
or - PYLYCARBONATE DAN 197, DAN 198
or - Material ABS5722C
or - Similar.
(3) Bond the pads to the floor pan with Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 1 (Material No.05EML9) and let the adhesive harden.
(a) Clean the surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(4) Paint the pads with Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) .
E. Replacement of the floor pan from the floor panel
(a) Clean the damaged area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(b) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(c) Let the area to dry minimum 30 minutes.
(2) Bonding of the floor pan to floor panel:
(a) Make sure that the floor pan and the floor panel are in correct condition.
(b) Apply the Silicone Adhesive Sealant-Rubber & Plastic Bonding One part - (Material No.06CED1) to the floor panel.
(c) Let the adhesive cure for 20 to 30 minutes.
(d) Put the new floor pan in position and press down to remove the air bubbles.
(e) Remove the unwanted adhesive with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(f) If necessary, apply Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative Furnishing (Material No.04JMD9) to the bonding area.
(g) Use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC to make a fillet around the sealed edges.
(h) Remove the unwanted adhesive with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(2) Bonding of the floor pan to floor panel:
