B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) At the related galley, on the galley control panel:
(a) Make sure that the related circuit breaker(s) of the espresso maker is (are) open, safetied and tagged.
(3) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(4) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) At the related galley, on the galley control panel:
(a) Make sure that the related circuit breaker(s) of the espresso maker is (are) open, safetied and tagged.
(3) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(4) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.
Subtask 25-35-15-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Espresso-Maker
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(5) If the turnbuckle (5) is in the locked position:
(a) Remove the screw (4).
(b) Pull and turn the turnbuckle (5) to the unlocked position.
(6) If the screw (4) is installed, remove it from the drip pan (3).
(7) Make sure that the turnbuckle (5) is in the unlocked position.
(8) Put the espresso-maker (1) on the rail (2).
(9) Carefully push the espresso-maker (1) into the galley to connect the electrical connectors and the water supply line.
(10) Pull and turn the turnbuckle (5) to the locked position.
(11) Make sure that the espresso-maker (1) is correctly locked on the rail (2).
(12) Install the screw (4) in the turnbuckle (5).
Subtask 25-35-15-860-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(3) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.(4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(5) If the turnbuckle (5) is in the locked position:
(a) Remove the screw (4).
(b) Pull and turn the turnbuckle (5) to the unlocked position.
(6) If the screw (4) is installed, remove it from the drip pan (3).
(7) Make sure that the turnbuckle (5) is in the unlocked position.
(8) Put the espresso-maker (1) on the rail (2).
(9) Carefully push the espresso-maker (1) into the galley to connect the electrical connectors and the water supply line.
(10) Pull and turn the turnbuckle (5) to the locked position.
(11) Make sure that the espresso-maker (1) is correctly locked on the rail (2).
(12) Install the screw (4) in the turnbuckle (5).
B. At the applicable galley, on the galley control panel, remove the safety clip(s) and tag(s), then close the related circuit breaker(s) of the espresso maker.
