A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the door of the related overhead stowage compartment is open.

A. Installation of Configuration Module(s) 100HP1 and/or 100HP2
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Make sure that the configuration module is connected to the MCU as follows:

A. Installation of Configuration Module(s) 101HP and/or 102HP
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Make sure that the configuration module is connected to the MCU as follows:

(3) Make sure that the configuration module is connected to the MCU as follows:
- 101HP to 55HP1
- 102HP to 55HP2.
A. Installation of configuration module(s) 101HP and/or 102HP
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Make sure that the configuration module(s) (13) is connected to the MCU(s) as follows:
(5) Make sure that the clamps (12) of the related configuration module (13) are correctly locked.
Subtask 25-21-34-560-051-N ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Make sure that the configuration module(s) (13) is connected to the MCU(s) as follows:
- 101HP to 55HP1
- 102HP to 55HP2.
(5) Make sure that the clamps (12) of the related configuration module (13) are correctly locked.
A. Installation of the configuration module 101HP and 102HP
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Make sure that the configuration module (18) is connected to the Master Control Unit (MCU) as follows:
(5) Make sure that the clamps (17) of the configuration module (18) are correctly locked.
Subtask 25-21-34-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Make sure that the configuration module (18) is connected to the Master Control Unit (MCU) as follows:
- 101HP to 55HP1
- 102HP to 55HP2.
(5) Make sure that the clamps (17) of the configuration module (18) are correctly locked.
B. Installation of MCU(s) 55HP1 and/or 55HP2
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Put the related MCU (9) in position and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
(3) Install the washer (5) and the screw (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Connect the electrical connectors:
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Install the cap (2).
(d) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Low strength Low viscosity - (Material No.05BAB1) to the electrical connector (10).
(e) Connect the electrical connectors (1), (10) and (11).
(f) Engage the spring latches (12).
(5) Put the cover (7) in position and engage the fasteners (8).
Subtask 25-21-34-420-050-F ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Put the related MCU (9) in position and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
(3) Install the washer (5) and the screw (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Connect the electrical connectors:
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE SPRING LATCHES CORRECTLY HOLD THE CONNECTOR IN THE FULLY ENGAGED POSITION. THE SPRING LATCHES PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE CONNECTOR, AND THUS THE RISK OF ARCING, WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE UNIT.
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Install the cap (2).
(d) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Low strength Low viscosity - (Material No.05BAB1) to the electrical connector (10).
(e) Connect the electrical connectors (1), (10) and (11).
(f) Engage the spring latches (12).
(5) Put the cover (7) in position and engage the fasteners (8).
B. Installation of Master Control Unit (MCU) 55HP1 and/or 55HP2
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Put the MCU (13) in position and install the washers (12) and the screws (11).
(3) Install the washer (10) and the screw (9) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Connect the electrical connectors:
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Low strength Low viscosity - (Material No.05BAB1) to the electrical connector (14).
(d) Connect the electrical connectors (8), (14) and (15).
(e) Lock the electrical connectors (15) with the spring latches (16).
(5) Put the cover (7) in position and lock the fasteners (6).
(6) Remove the blanking plugs from the ducts (3) and (5).
(7) Put the clamps (4) in position.
(8) Install the duct (3) to the ducts (5).
(9) Tighten the clamps (4).
(10) Put the cover (2) in position and lock the fasteners (1).
Subtask 25-21-34-420-050-G ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Put the MCU (13) in position and install the washers (12) and the screws (11).
(3) Install the washer (10) and the screw (9) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Connect the electrical connectors:
CAUTION:

(c) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Low strength Low viscosity - (Material No.05BAB1) to the electrical connector (14).
(d) Connect the electrical connectors (8), (14) and (15).
(e) Lock the electrical connectors (15) with the spring latches (16).
(5) Put the cover (7) in position and lock the fasteners (6).
(6) Remove the blanking plugs from the ducts (3) and (5).
(7) Put the clamps (4) in position.
(8) Install the duct (3) to the ducts (5).
(9) Tighten the clamps (4).
(10) Put the cover (2) in position and lock the fasteners (1).
B. Installation of MCU(s) 55HP1 and/or 55HP2

(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Put the related MCU (8) in position and install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
(3) Install the washer (4) and the screw (5) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Connect the electrical connectors:
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Low strength Low viscosity - (Material No.05BAB1) to the related electrical connector (9).
(d) Connect the electrical connectors (1), (9) and (10).
(5) Put the related cover (7) in position and lock the fasteners (6).

(4) Connect the electrical connectors:
(a) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(b) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Low strength Low viscosity - (Material No.05BAB1) to the related electrical connector (9).
(d) Connect the electrical connectors (1), (9) and (10).
CAUTION:

(e) Lock the electrical connector(s) (10) with the spring latches (11). (5) Put the related cover (7) in position and lock the fasteners (6).
C. Close the related CBs for each MCU
(1) Make sure that you close all the related CBs for each MCU at the same time.

D. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(4) Install the individual air outlet (Ref. AMM TASK 21-24-19-400-001) of the related overhead stowage compartment.
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
