A. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position.
(2) Open the access doors:

(3) Remove the forward avionic-compartment floor-panels 121AF 121BF 121CF 122BF (Ref. AMM TASK 53-12-13-000-001).

B. Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are de-energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

4. Procedure
Subtask 24-92-00-220-055-A

A. Detailed Inspection of G, E and P Route Wiring in the Forward Avionic Compartment
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the wiring to make sure that there is no signs of ageing, alteration, overheating, scaling and deformation ESPM 2052120:
(a) On the AC/DC feeder routes: 4G, 5G and 6G AWM 942106.
(b) On the AC/DC power-distribution routes: 1P, 2P and 6P AWM 942305, AWM 942106 and AWM 942120.
(c) On the generator excitation routes: 1E, 2E and 3E AWM 942305 and AWM 942120.

NOTE: Use a FLASHLIGHT or a MIRROR - INSPECTION, FLEXIBLE if necessary.

(2) Make sure that there is no dust, lint or hydraulic contamination.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the forward avionics-compartment floor-panels 121AF 121BF 121CF 122BF (Ref. AMM TASK 53-12-13-400-001).
(3) Close the access doors:

(4) Remove the access platform(s).
