3. Job Set-up
Subtask 53-12-13-941-051-A

A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that the APU BLEED, all ENG BLEED and the PACK 1(2) pushbutton switches are released.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate these pushbutton switches.
(2) On the HP and LP ground connectors, put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to supply the ground air sources.

B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position in the zones 121/122 and 128.
(2) Open access doors 811 and 824.
(3) If applicable, remove the umbrella assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 25-71-00-000-801).

A. Removal of the FWD Avionics-Compartment Floor-Panels

FWD Avionics-Compartment Floor-Panels

(1) Remove the screws (1).
(2) Remove the screws (3) and the nuts (7).
(3) Remove the stiffener (2).
(4) Remove the screws (5).
(5) Remove the panels (4), (8), (9) and (10).
(6) Make sure that the clipnuts (6) are installed on the structure (11).

B. Removal of the AFT Avionics-Compartment Floor-Panels

AFT Avionics-Compartment Floor-Panels

(1) Remove the screws (28) and the washers (29).
(2) Remove the sheet metal assembly (30).
(3) Remove the screws (25) and the washers (26).
(4) Remove the track (27).
(5) Remove the screws (22) and the washers (23).
(6) Remove the fitting (24).
(7) Disconnect the air-conditioning ventilation duct from the panel (20).
(8) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(9) Remove the screws (11).
(10) Remove the panel (12).
(11) Remove the screws (19) and the washers (18).
(12) Remove the panels (20) and (21).
(13) Remove the screws (13).
(14) Remove the panels (14), (15), (16) and (17).
