A. Measurement of the Resistance with a Loop Tester
(1) Do a loop impedance test at connectors (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-720-014):
(a) If the measured value is more than the maximum permitted value of 200 milliohms:
5. Close-up(1) Do a loop impedance test at connectors (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-720-014):
- 4005VC, 4007VC, 4009VC, 4011VC, 4013VC, 4015VC, 4017VC, 4019VC, LH side
- 4006VC, 4008VC, 4010VC, 4012VC, 4014VC, 4016VC, 4018VC, 4020VC, RH side.
NOTE: It is not necessary to do a test of the conduits connected to the non-conductive connectors (9QG-A, 9QG-B, 10QG-A and 10QG-B) because they are not part of the general electromagnetic protection.
(2) Make sure that the measured values are not more than the maximum permitted value of 200 milliohms. (a) If the measured value is more than the maximum permitted value of 200 milliohms:
- Do the electrical bonding of the electrical connectors (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802) and of the components. Use conductive bolts and screws and bonding straps in the fuselage and in the wings (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
