TASK 24-92-00-210-023-A
Check that Connector is Correctly Tightened by Measurement of the Resistance with a Loop Tester ...

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SAFETY-LOCKS ARE IN POSITION ON THE LANDING GEAR. THIS WILL PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR, AND THUS POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND/OR EQUIPMENT.
WARNING: PUT THE SAFETY DEVICES AND THE WARNING NOTICES IN POSITION BEFORE YOU START A TASK ON OR NEAR:
  • THE FLIGHT CONTROLS
  • THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES
  • THE LANDING GEAR AND THE RELATED DOORS
  • COMPONENTS THAT MOVE.
MOVEMENT OF COMPONENTS CAN KILL OR CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT YOU OBEY ALL THE WARNINGS AND THE CAUTIONS INCLUDED IN THE REFERENCED PROCEDURES.

1. Reason for the Job
Refer to the MPD TASK: 200001-02
CHECK THAT THE CONNECTOR IS CORRECTLY TIGHTENED BY MEASUREMENT OF THE RESISTANCE WITH A LOOP TESTER:
- 4005VC, 4007VC, 4009VC, 4011VC, LH SIDE
- 4013VC, 4015VC, 4017VC, 4019VC, LH SIDE
- 4006VC, 4008VC, 4010VC, 4012VC, RH SIDE
- 4014VC, 4016VC, 4018VC, 4020VC, RH SIDE
Do this procedure to make sure that these connectors are correctly tightened; to do this check, measure the resistance with a loop tester:
  • 4005VC, 4007VC, 4009VC, 4011VC, 4013VC, 4015VC, 4017VC, 4019VC, LH side
  • 4006VC, 4008VC, 4010VC, 4012VC, 4014VC, 4016VC, 4018VC, 4020VC, RH side
