B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

4. Procedure
Subtask 23-73-23-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Switch Panel 2080VU
(1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the electrical connectors (3) to the switch panel (2).
(6) Install the switch panel (2) and make sure that the spring clips (1) lock with a click.
(7) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

B. Remove the safety clips and tags and close these circuit breakers in this sequence:

C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS) is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-861-001).
(2) Do the Interface and Power-Up test of the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS)
(Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-740-005).

D. Do the BITE test of the smoke detection function - system test
(Ref. AMM TASK 26-10-00-740-801).
