Subtask 73-11-11-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
   (2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
   (3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.

4. Procedure
Subtask 73-11-11-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Main Fuel Supply Hose
   (1) Remove the protective covers from the main fuel supply hose (25), the fuel manifold duct and the fluid disconnect panel.
   (2) Attach the hose (25) and AIPC 73-11-11-01-100 GASKET (40) to the fluid disconnect panel with the bolts (30) and the washers (35).
   (3) TORQUE the bolts (30) to between 90 and 81 lbf.in (1.02 and 0.92 m.daN ) T.
   (4) Safety the bolts (30) with CP8002lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8 mm) dia.
   (5) Attach the hose (25) and AIPC 73-11-11-01-100 GASKET (40) to the fuel manifold duct with the bolts (30) and the washers (35).
   (6) TORQUE the bolts (30) to between 90 and 81 lbf.in (1.02 and 0.92 m.daN ) T.
   (7) Safety the bolts (30) with CP8002lockwire 0.032 in. (0.8 mm) dia.
   (8) Put the clamp (10) on the hose (25). Attach the clamp to the upper bracket with the screws (5), washers (15) and the nuts (20) (see Detail C).
   (9) Put the clamp (10) on the hose (25). Attach the clamp to the middle bracket with the screws (5), washers (15) and the nuts (20) (see Detail D).
   (10) Install the clamp (10) 1.0 in. (25.4 mm) above the lower flange on the hose (25) (see Detail F).
   (11) Attach the clamp (10) to the lower bracket with the screws (5), washers (15) and the nuts (20) (see Detail E).
   (12) TORQUE the nuts (20) to between 25 and 20 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.23 m.daN ) T.

B. Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

D. Do this test
ACTION
RESULT
1.On the HYD/FUEL panel 40VU, push all the FUEL PUMPS pushbutton switches to operate the fuel pumps.
The OFF legends go off.
2.On the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that the ENG MODECRANK/NORM/IGN/START selector switch is set to NORM.

3.On the panel 115VU set the ENG MASTER 1(2) lever to ON.

4.On the engine, make sure that there are no leaks at connections.

5.On the HYD/FUEL panel 40VU, release the FUEL PUMPS pushbutton switches.
The OFF legends come on.
6.Set the ENG MASTER 1(2) lever to OFF.

E. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

   (2) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-040):

   (3) Remove the access platform(s).
   (4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
