   (3) Torque the nuts:
CAUTION: WHEN YOU TORQUE THE NUT, ALWAYS USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY A COUNTERTORQUE TO THE FITTING.
     (a) TORQUE the nuts (5), (7) and (9) to between 6 and 5 m.N (53.10 and 44.25 lbf.in ) T.
   (4) Install access panel
575AT ( 675AT) (12) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-51-37-400-007).
   (5) Put the STRAIGHT EDGE (11) in a horizontal position over the outer falsework rib (16) and diaphragm rib (17).
   (6) Make sure you do not move the STRAIGHT EDGE (11).
   (7) Use the bolts (2), (3) and (4) as a guide to measure gaps Y1, Y2 and Y3 at aileron-hinge support frames 1 (6), 2 (8) and 3 (10) between the STRAIGHT EDGE (11) and the access panel 575AT ( 675AT) (12).
NOTE: You can use a maximum of three washers (18), (19) and (20) for each location between the STRAIGHT EDGE (11) and access panel 575AT ( 675AT) (12).
NOTE: You can use the washers with 1.6 mm (0.0630 in.) thickness and/or 0.4 mm (0.0157 in.) thickness.
     (a) If dimensions Y1, Y2 and Y3 are less than 4.8 mm (0.1890 in.) (3 washers with 1.6 mm (0.0630 in.) thick):
1 Put together the two types of the washers to fill gaps Y1, Y2 and Y3 between the STRAIGHT EDGE (11) and access panel 575AT ( 675AT) (12).
