Subtask 54-52-11-941-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to start the engine 1(2).
(2) On overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 54-52-11-040-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to start the engine 1(2).
(2) On overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
B. Deactivation of the Thrust Reverser
Subtask 54-52-11-040-064-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE THRUST REVERSER IS LOCKED. IF NOT, THE THRUST REVERSER CAN OPERATE ACCIDENTALLY AND CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE REVERSER.
(1) Make the thrust reverser unserviceable for maintenance (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-481-041). B. Deactivation of the Thrust Reverser
Subtask 54-52-11-860-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE THRUST REVERSER IS LOCKED. IF NOT, THE THRUST REVERSER CAN OPERATE ACCIDENTALLY AND CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE REVERSER.
(1) Make the thrust reverser unserviceable for maintenance (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-012). C. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE is in position:
(a) For the left pylon, in zones 410
(b) For the right pylon, in zones 420.
Subtask 54-52-11-110-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE is in position:
(a) For the left pylon, in zones 410
(b) For the right pylon, in zones 420.
D. Preparation for Installation
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(1) Clean the parts retained from the removed component with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
Subtask 54-52-11-200-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(1) Clean the parts retained from the removed component with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
E. Inspection of the Seal at Pylon Rib 5
(1) If the seal is damaged, remove it from its support and replace it (Ref. AMM TASK 54-52-11-000-004).

Subtask 54-52-11-420-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Access Panels and the Cantilever Cover Assemblies
(1) For access panels 413AL, 413CL, 413DT, 413AR, 413CR, 423AL, 423CL, 423DT, 423AR and 423CR:
(a) Install the access panels (1):
(c) Prepare the surface of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-803).
(d) Install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
(e) Tighten the screws (3).
(f) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(2) For cantilever cover assemblies 411BT( 421BT) and 411AT( 421AT):
(a) Install cantilever cover assemblies 411BT( 421BT) and 411AT( 421AT) (Ref. AMM TASK 54-52-12-300-001).
Subtask 54-52-11-220-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) For access panels 413AL, 413CL, 413DT, 413AR, 413CR, 423AL, 423CL, 423DT, 423AR and 423CR:
(a) Install the access panels (1):
- For the left pylon 413AL, 413CL, 413DT, 413AR and 413CR
- For the right pylon 423AL, 423CL, 423DT, 423AR and 423CR.
(c) Prepare the surface of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-803).
(d) Install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
(e) Tighten the screws (3).
(f) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(2) For cantilever cover assemblies 411BT( 421BT) and 411AT( 421AT):
(a) Install cantilever cover assemblies 411BT( 421BT) and 411AT( 421AT) (Ref. AMM TASK 54-52-12-300-001).
B. Check of the Out-of-flush Dimension
(1) Make sure that out-of-flush dimension A1 is 0 +1 mm or -1.5 mm (0.0000 +0.0394 in. or -0.0591 in.) is between:
