A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
   (2) On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
   (3) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
   (4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

C. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the access doors 315AL 316AR.
   (2) Open the access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
   (3) Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the ON position.
4. Procedure
Subtask 49-91-14-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Differential Pressure Switches
   (1) Lubricate the new AIPC 49-91-45-70-060 O-RING (2) and AIPC 49-91-45-70-070 O-RING (3) with Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine - - (Material No.03ABA1) or Synthetic base Lubricating Oil-Turbine Engine Low Temp. - (Material No.03ABB1) .
   (2) Install the new O-ring (2) and O-ring (3) on the switches (4).
   (3) Remove the blanking plugs from the filter housings (1).
   (4) Install the switches (4) into oil filter housings (1).
   (5) TORQUE the switches to between 3.46 and 3.14 m.daN (25.52 and 23.16 lbf.ft ) T.
   (6) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (5).
   (7) Connect the electrical connectors (5) to the switches (4).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Test
   (1) Start the APU (
Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-008).
   (2) Stop the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-00-00-860-009).
   (3) Make an inspection of the switches (4) for oil leaks.
NOTE: Leaks are not permitted.
5. Close-up
Subtask 49-91-14-410-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
   (3) Close the access door 315AL (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
   (4) Remove the access platform(s).

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Put the related hydraulic system in the pressurized configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (2) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
   (3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
