A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) On the panel 25VU make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(3) Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5) Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(6) Make sure that the APU access doors are open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(7) Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the ON position.
(8) Make sure that the APU exhaust access-fairing 317AL is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-18-000-001).
(9) Make sure that the exhaust muffler is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 49-81-41-000-003).
Subtask 49-81-42-865-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

A. Installation of the Hot Nozzle and the Bellows
(1) Install the bellows (3) on the exhaust muffler (5).
(2) Install the clamp (4) on the bellows (3).
(3) TORQUE the clamp (4) to between 0.22 and 0.2 m.daN (19.47 and 17.70 lbf.in )

(4) Install the hot nozzle (1) on the exhaust muffler (5).
(5) Install the drain line (8) on the six o'clock position of the hot nozzle (1) with the clamp (7).
(6) Install the drain line (10) on the drain line (8) with the clamp (9).
(7) Tighten the clamps (7) and (9).
(8) Install the clamp (2) on the bellows (3).
(9) TORQUE the clamp (2) to between 0.22 and 0.2 m.daN (19.47 and 17.70 lbf.in )

(10) Install the exhaust muffler (5) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-81-41-400-003).
5. Close-up(1) Install the bellows (3) on the exhaust muffler (5).
(2) Install the clamp (4) on the bellows (3).
(3) TORQUE the clamp (4) to between 0.22 and 0.2 m.daN (19.47 and 17.70 lbf.in )
. (4) Install the hot nozzle (1) on the exhaust muffler (5).
(5) Install the drain line (8) on the six o'clock position of the hot nozzle (1) with the clamp (7).
(6) Install the drain line (10) on the drain line (8) with the clamp (9).
(7) Tighten the clamps (7) and (9).
(8) Install the clamp (2) on the bellows (3).
(9) TORQUE the clamp (2) to between 0.22 and 0.2 m.daN (19.47 and 17.70 lbf.in )
. (10) Install the exhaust muffler (5) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-81-41-400-003).
Subtask 49-81-42-410-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(3) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4) Install the APU exhaust access-fairing (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-18-400-001).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 49-81-42-865-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(3) Close the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4) Install the APU exhaust access-fairing (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-18-400-001).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(2) De-energize the ground service network
