A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) On the panel 25VU, put the APU Master Switch to the ON position.
   (3) Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
   (4) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

C. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the APU compartment.
   (2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
4. Procedure
Subtask 49-16-44-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Air Intake Nose
   (1) Remove the screws (7 and 8), the washers (6 and 9), the end-profile (5) and the bracket (4).
   (2) Remove the screws (1).
   (3) Remove the bolts (10), the washers (11) and the nuts (12).
   (4) Remove the screws (3) and the washers (2).
   (5) Remove the air intake nose (13) from the air inlet duct (14).
