A. Removal of the Wing Bellow
(1) If you use the APU to energize the electrical circuits, stop the APU:
(a) Make sure that the pressure and the temperature of the bleed-air duct system are in ambient conditions.
(a) Discard the wing insulation muff, if it has one of the damages that follows:
(5) Compress the wing bellow (2) with TIE WRAP(S).
(6) Remove and discard the seal (6).
(7) Hold the wing bellow (2).
(8) Loosen and remove the clamp (4).
(9) Remove the wing bellow (2) from the aircraft.
(10) Put CAP - BLANKING in position on the ducts (3) and (5).
(1) If you use the APU to energize the electrical circuits, stop the APU:
- For GTCP 36-300 APU (Ref. AMM D/O 49-00-00-86)

CAUTION:
BE CAREFUL NOT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SENSING ELEMENT.
(3) Remove the insulation muff (1) and examine it for damages: (a) Discard the wing insulation muff, if it has one of the damages that follows:
- Holes more than 5mm of diameter in the hot face of the muff.
- Cracks more than 10mm long in the hot face of the muff.
- Brown or the black sign of thermal stress at the muffs hot face that covers a minimum of 20% of its surface.
- General rigidity of the insulation muff.
(5) Compress the wing bellow (2) with TIE WRAP(S).
(6) Remove and discard the seal (6).
(7) Hold the wing bellow (2).
