A. Operational Test of the Nose Wheel Steering with the CFDS
ACTION
RESULT
1.On the MCDU, push the line key adjacent to the BSCU 1 indication.
  • the BSCU SYS 1 page comes into view.
2.Push the line key adjacent to the TEST indication.
  • the BSCU SYS 1/TEST page comes into view and gives instructions.
3.Obey the instructions shown on the screen. Wait 5 seconds then push the line key adjacent to the TEST indication.
The test starts and continues for 45 seconds.
If the test finds no fault:
- the NO FAILURE indication comes into view.
If the test results are incorrect:
- a list of fault messages comes into view.
4.Push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication to get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST L/G page.
  • the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST L/G page comes into view.
5.Push the line key adjacent to the BSCU 2 indication.
  • the BSCU SYS 2 page comes into view.
6.Do the same actions as in Para. 2. and 3..
  • same results as for the BSCU SYS 1.
