(1) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001)
(2) On the center pedestal, on the ECAM control panel, push the HYD pushbutton switch (on the lower ECAM display unit, the HYD page comes into view).
(3) On the overhead panel 40VU, release the PTU/AUTO pushbutton switch (on this pushbutton switch, the OFF legend comes on).

4. Procedure

A. Test of the Yellow Electric-Pump Supply Contactor (3805GX)
(1) Do this test:

ACTION	RESULT
1.On the overhead panel 40VU: push the YELLOW ELEC PUMP pushbutton switch.	On the overhead panel 40VU: On the YELLOW ELEC PUMP pushbutton switch, the ON light comes on.
	The Yellow electric pump starts.
	On the lower ECAM display unit: the pressure in the Yellow hydraulic system must be between 2850 psi (196.5 bar) and 3100 psi (213.7 bar).
2.On the overhead panel 40VU: push the YELLOW ELEC PUMP pushbutton switch.	On the overhead panel 40VU: On the YELLOW ELEC PUMP pushbutton switch, the ON light goes off.
	The Yellow electric pump stops.

5. Close-up
Subtask 29-24-55-860-051-A

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) On the overhead panel 40VU, push the PTU/AUTO pushbutton switch (on this pushbutton switch, the OFF legend goes off).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
