A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
   (2) Make sure that the forward passenger/crew door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
   (3) Make sure that the NTF is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-42-010-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 25-27-51-910-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation for the Installation
   (1) Remove the old sealant from the heated floor panel and the component interfaces and/or the adjacent area with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
   (2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
CAUTION: USE ONLY ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL AS AN ANTI-FREEZE MIXTURE. METHANOL CAN CAUSE CORROSION OF THE TITANIUM PARTS OF THE ENGINE.
     (a) Clean the interfaces and/or the adjacent area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1)
   (3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
   (4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

B. Installation of the Heated Floor Panels
   (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
   (2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
   (3) Put the bonding strap (5) in position and install the washer (6) and the nut (7) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE BONDING STRAP(S) IS(ARE) CONNECTED BEFORE YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S).
   (4) Hold the floor panel assembly (2) above the installation position, connect the electrical connector (3) and put the floor panel assembly in position.
   (5) Install the screws:
     (a) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (1).
     (b) Install the screws (1) and TORQUE them to between 0.46 and 0.38 m.daN (40.71 and 33.63 lbf.in ) T.
   (6) Apply the sealant:
     (a) Put the ligature cord Cord-Ligature - - (Material No.14RBA1) in position 200.0 mm (8.0 in.) more than the floor panel ends.
     (b) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) in the gap between the floor panel (2) and the floor structure.
     (c) Make a loop end of the ligature cord ends and press it into the sealant.
     (d) Apply Adhesive Film Tape-- Film Polyester Transparent Low Adhesion - (Material No.05RAM1) to all sealed floor panel gaps.
   (7) Make sure that the placards are installed, if removed (Ref. AMM D/O 11-32-25-00).

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

   (2) Install the NTF (Ref. AMM TASK 25-28-42-410-001).
   (3) Close the forward passenger/crew door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
