Subtask 25-28-42-420-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Floor Covering on the Heated Floor Panels ("WULFMEYER")
   (1) Install the MYLAR foil:
CAUTION: DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MOISTURE BARRIER FOIL (MYLAR).
     (a) Unwind the MYLAR foil Adhesive Film Tape-Liquid Barrier Transparent Foil - (Material No.05RMM9) (3) from the roll and cut it to the necessary length.
     (b) Make sure that the MYLAR foil (3) is in good condition and has no damage (e.g. cracks, folds, holes, ...).
     (c) Remove the protective paper and put the MYLAR foil (3) in position on the heated floor panel.
     (d) Make sure that the overlap B is 50 mm (2 in.) minimum.
     (e) Push the MYLAR foil (3) lightly with a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and your hand on the floor panels. Push from the middle to the edges.
     (f) Push the MYLAR foil (3) on the floor panels with a ROLLER - RUBBER.
   (2) Install the NTF:
     (a) Install the double sided tape Adhesive Transfer Tape-Non Textile Floor - - (Material No.05NCA2) (2) to the NTF (1).
     (b) Remove the protective paper from the double sided tape (2).
     (c) Install the NTF (1) on the heated floor panel with light pressure of your hand.
     (d) Make sure that:
  • The position of the NTF (1) is correct
  • The clearance "A" between the NTF is 1.5 +1 -1 mm (0.06 +0.04 -0.04 in.)
  • The MYLAR foil (3) and the NTF (1) have the same size in the entrance area.
     (e) Move a ROLLER - RUBBER forward and rearward on the NTF (1) to make sure that it is correctly attached to the heated floor panel.
     (f) Cut the edges of the NTF with a CUTTER - THIN BLADE to an angle of 30 deg.
   (3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 25-28-42-420-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Installation of the NTF on the Heated Floor Panels ("Conventional")
   (1) Install the MYLAR foil:
CAUTION: DO NOT USE THE CLEANING AGENTS TO DO THIS PROCEDURE. THE CLEANING AGENTS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO AND POSSIBLE BLOCKAGE OF THE FILTER PADS.
     (a) Unwind the MYLAR foil Adhesive Film Tape-Liquid Barrier Transparent Foil - (Material No.05RMM9) (5) from the roll and cut it to the necessary length.
     (b) Make sure that the MYLAR foil (5) is in good condition and has no damage (e.g. cracks, folds, holes, ...).
     (c) Remove the protective paper and put the MYLAR foil (5) in position on the heated floor panel.
     (d) Make sure that the minimum overlap B is 50 mm (2.0 in.).
     (e) Push the MYLAR foil (5) lightly with a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and your hand on the floor panels. Push from the middle to the edges.
     (f) Push the the MYLAR foil (5) to the floor panels with a ROLLER - RUBBER.
   (2) Install the GFRP sheet:
     (a) Install the double sided tape Adhesive Transfer Tape-Non Textile Floor - - (Material No.05NCA2) (4) to the GFRP sheet (3).
     (b) Remove the protective paper from the double sided tape (4).
     (c) Install the GFRP sheet (3) on the heated floor panel with light pressure of your hand.
     (d) Make sure that:
  • The position of the GFRP sheet (3) is correct
  • The clearance "A" between the GFRP sheet (3) and the adjacent NTF is 1.5 +1 -1 mm (0.06 +0.04 -0.04 in.).
     (e) Move a ROLLER - RUBBER forward and rearward on the GFRP sheet (3) to make sure that it is correctly attached to the heated floor panel.

C. Welding of the NTF
F Welding Procedure ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
WARNING: WHEN YOU PUT THE HOT AIR BLOWER DOWN, MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT IT ON A HEAT-RESISTANT SURFACE. THE HOT PARTS OF THE BLOWER CAN CAUSE A FIRE.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A GOOD FLOW OF AIR THROUGH THE WORK AREA. FUMES FROM WELDING ARE POISONOUS.
WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH HOT PARTS WITHOUT APPLICABLE GLOVES. HOT PARTS CAN CAUSE AN INJURY.
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT:
  • THE TEMPERATURE OF THE HOT AIR BLOWER IS NOT TOO HIGH
  • THE BLOWER DOES NOT MOVE TOO SLOWLY ALONG THE WELD.
HIGH TEMPERATURES OR SLOW MOVEMENT OF THE HOT AIR BLOWER CAN BURN THE MATERIAL.
   (1) Set the working temperature of the to HOT AIR BLOWER MAX OPERATING 370 DEG C (700 DEG F) between 160 deg.C (320.00 deg.F) and 200 deg.C (392.00 deg.F).
NOTE: It is necessary to obey to the manufacturer's instructions when you use the hot air blower.
   (2) Cut the welding rod Cord-Welding PVC - (Material No.14RCB1) some centimeters/inches longer than the necessary length.
   (3) Welding procedure with a speed welding noozle (Step 2):
     (a) Put the welding rod into the inlet of the speed welding nozzle.
     (b) Move the speed welding nozzle with light pressure and constant speed along the groove.
   (4) Welding procedure with a hand roller (Step 2A):
     (a) Put the end of the welding rod into the groove.
     (b) Point the hot air blower directly at the lifted part of the welding rod.
     (c) Push the welding rod into the groove with a hand roller. Use a light pressure.
     (d) At the same time move the hot air blower and the hand roller along the groove at a constant speed.
   (5) Make a smooth surface of the welding area with the spatular trimming knife and the trimming plane.
