Subtask 25-23-47-860-081-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that you did the special precautions before work on the offwing escape-slide systems (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-00-481-001).
(3) Make sure that the slide-release system is disarmed:
(a) For overwing emergency exit door 833 (844):
(4) Make sure that the seats are removed as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
(5) On the overhead panel, on the SIGNS section of panel 25VU, make sure that EMER EXIT LT switch 4WL is in the OFF position.
(6) On Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH, make sure that the LIGHT EMER switch is in the OFF position.
(7) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position on panels 25VU and 120RH to tell persons not to operate switch 4WL and the LIGHT EMER switch.
(8) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(9) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(10) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-23-47-865-100-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that you did the special precautions before work on the offwing escape-slide systems (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-00-481-001).
(3) Make sure that the slide-release system is disarmed:
(a) For overwing emergency exit door 833 (844):
- Make sure that the shaft (18) is pushed to the right and that the lever (19) is behind the disarm bracket (22).
- Make sure that the shaft (18) is pushed to the left and that the lever (19) is behind the disarm bracket (22).
(4) Make sure that the seats are removed as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
(5) On the overhead panel, on the SIGNS section of panel 25VU, make sure that EMER EXIT LT switch 4WL is in the OFF position.
(6) On Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH, make sure that the LIGHT EMER switch is in the OFF position.
(7) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position on panels 25VU and 120RH to tell persons not to operate switch 4WL and the LIGHT EMER switch.
(8) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(9) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(10) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

Subtask 25-23-47-420-138-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Door Lining
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) If removed, install the cover (9):
(a) Put the cover (9) in position and install the washers (8) and the screws (7).
(b) Tighten the screws (7).
(c) Close the related emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-802).
(3) Put the panel (5) in position.
(4) Put the eccentric bushes (12) and (13) and the washers (14) in position and loosely install the screws (15).
(5) Carefully turn the eccentric bushes (12) and (13) to align the panel (5).
(6) Install the washers (11) and the screws (10).
(7) Tighten the screws (10) and (15).
(8) Install the plugs (16).
(9) Close the cover (9) and make sure that it engages correctly on the studs (6).
(10) Arm the slide-release system:
(a) For the overwing emergency exit 833 ( 844):
(12) Make sure, that the distance "A" between the bracket (3) and the sensor is 2 mm (0.0787 in.). If necessary, adjust the bracket (3):
(a) Release the screws (4).
(b) Move the bracket (3) until the distance between the bracket (3) and the sensor is 2 mm (0.0787 in.).
(c) Tighten the screws (4).
(13) Close the flap (1) and make sure that the studs (2) engage correctly.
Subtask 25-23-47-942-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) If removed, install the cover (9):

(3) Put the panel (5) in position.
(4) Put the eccentric bushes (12) and (13) and the washers (14) in position and loosely install the screws (15).
(5) Carefully turn the eccentric bushes (12) and (13) to align the panel (5).
(6) Install the washers (11) and the screws (10).
(7) Tighten the screws (10) and (15).
(8) Install the plugs (16).
(9) Close the cover (9) and make sure that it engages correctly on the studs (6).
(10) Arm the slide-release system:
(a) For the overwing emergency exit 833 ( 844):
- Push the shaft (18) to the right until the lever (19) is disengaged from the disarm bracket (22).
- Turn the shaft (18) and pull it to the left.
- Push the shaft (18) to the left until the lever (19) is disengaged from the disarm bracket (22).
- Turn the shaft (18) and pull it to the right.
NOTE: The spring (17) hold the release lever (20) in position in front of the counterpart lever on the fuselage (21).
(11) Put the flap (1) in position. (12) Make sure, that the distance "A" between the bracket (3) and the sensor is 2 mm (0.0787 in.). If necessary, adjust the bracket (3):
(a) Release the screws (4).
(b) Move the bracket (3) until the distance between the bracket (3) and the sensor is 2 mm (0.0787 in.).
(c) Tighten the screws (4).
(13) Close the flap (1) and make sure that the studs (2) engage correctly.
B. Remove the warning notices from panels 25VU and 120RH.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Do the operational test of the warning system related to the emergency exit doors (Ref. AMM TASK 52-73-00-710-002).
(3) If removed, install the seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(4) Do the special precautions after work on the offwing escape-slide systems (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-00-081-001).
(5) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Do the operational test of the warning system related to the emergency exit doors (Ref. AMM TASK 52-73-00-710-002).
(3) If removed, install the seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(4) Do the special precautions after work on the offwing escape-slide systems (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-00-081-001).
(5) De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
