B. Get Access
(1) If necessary, remove the door frame lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-002) and/or (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-003).
4. Procedure(1) If necessary, remove the door frame lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-002) and/or (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-003).

A. Replacement of the Flap of the Vacuum Cleaner Socket
(a) Remove the screws (9), the nuts (7), the washers (8) and the flap (6) with the support (5).
(2) If necessary, remove the hinge of the vacuum cleaner socket:
(a) Remove the screws (4), the nuts (1), the washers (2) and the hinge (3).
(3) If removed, install the hinge of the vacuum cleaner socket:
(a) Put the hinge (3) and the washers (2) in position and install the screws (4) and the nuts (1).
(4) Install the flap of the vacuum cleaner socket:
(b) Put the support (5) with the flap (6) in position on the hinge (3).
(c) Put the washers (8) in position and install the screws (9) and the nuts (7).
5. Close-upWARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(1) Remove the flap of the vacuum cleaner socket: (a) Remove the screws (9), the nuts (7), the washers (8) and the flap (6) with the support (5).
(2) If necessary, remove the hinge of the vacuum cleaner socket:
(a) Remove the screws (4), the nuts (1), the washers (2) and the hinge (3).
(3) If removed, install the hinge of the vacuum cleaner socket:
(a) Put the hinge (3) and the washers (2) in position and install the screws (4) and the nuts (1).
(4) Install the flap of the vacuum cleaner socket:
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(a) If necessary, apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 3 (Material No.05EML7) to the support (5) and put it in position on the flap (6). (b) Put the support (5) with the flap (6) in position on the hinge (3).
(c) Put the washers (8) in position and install the screws (9) and the nuts (7).

A. If removed, install the door frame lining (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-007) and/or (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-008).
