3. Job Set-up
Subtask 05-22-50-010-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 832 (842).
   (2) Open aft passenger/crew door 832 (842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
   (3) If installed, remove the seats between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
   (4) If installed, remove the galleys and the lavatories between FR47 and FR64.
To do this, refer to the Component Location paragraph in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation: for the galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-00-00) and for the lavatories (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-00-00). In this paragraph, you will find the cross-references of the removal/installation tasks.
   (5) Remove the sidewall panels between FR47 and FR64
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001),
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001) and
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
   (6) Remove the floor panels between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-12-000-001).
   (7) Lift the insulation blankets sufficiently to do the inspection.
Subtask 05-22-50-010-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 832 (842).
   (2) Open aft passenger/crew door 832 (842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
   (3) If installed, remove the seats between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
   (4) If installed, remove the galleys and the lavatories between FR47 and FR64.
To do this, refer to the Component Location paragraph in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation: for the galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-00-00) and for the lavatories (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-00-00). In this paragraph, you will find the cross-references of the removal/installation tasks.
   (5) Remove the door frame linings between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-010).
   (6) Remove the sidewall panels between FR47 and FR64
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001),
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001) and
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
   (7) Remove the floor panels between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-12-000-001).
   (8) Lift the insulation blankets sufficiently to do the inspection.
Subtask 05-22-50-010-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 832 (842).
   (2) Open aft passenger/crew door 832 (842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
   (3) If installed, remove the seats between FR47/51 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
   (4) If installed, remove the galleys and the lavatories between FR47/51 and FR64.
To do this, refer to the Component Location paragraph in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation: for the galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-00-00) and for the lavatories (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-00-00). In this paragraph, you will find the cross-references of the removal/installation tasks.
   (5) Remove the sidewall panels between FR47/51 and FR64
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001),
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001) and
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
   (6) Remove the floor panels between FR47/51 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-12-000-001).
   (7) Lift the insulation blankets sufficiently to do the inspection.
4. Procedure
Subtask 05-22-50-210-050-A
A. Inspection
   (1) Do a general visual inspection of the aft passenger compartment (that includes the floor structure) for damage or discontinuities.
   (2) Make sure that there is no:
     (a) Corrosion damage:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
     (b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
5. Close-up
Subtask 05-22-50-410-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Put the insulation blankets back in position.
   (3) Install the floor panels between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-12-400-001).
   (4) Install the sidewall panels between FR47 and FR64
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-400-001),
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001) and
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001).
   (5) If removed, install the galleys and the lavatories between FR47 and FR64.
To do this, refer to the Component Location paragraph in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation: for the galleys (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-00-00) and for the lavatories (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-00-00). In this paragraph, you will find the cross-references of the removal/installation tasks.
   (6) If removed, install the seats between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
   (7) Close aft passenger/crew door 832 (842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
   (8) Remove the access platform(s).
   (9) Remove all the fixtures, tools, test and support equipment used during this procedure.
Subtask 05-22-50-410-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Put the insulation blankets back in position.
   (3) Install the floor panels between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-12-400-001).
   (4) Install the sidewall panels between FR47 and FR64
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-400-001),
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001) and
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001).
   (5) Install the door frame linings between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-010).
   (6) If removed, install the galleys and the lavatories between FR47 and FR64.

   (7) If removed, install the seats between FR47 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
   (8) Close aft passenger/crew door 832 (842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
   (9) Remove the access platform(s).
   (10) Remove all the fixtures, tools, test and support equipment used during this procedure.
Subtask 05-22-50-410-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Put the insulation blankets back in position.
   (3) Install the floor panels between FR47/51 and FR64 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-12-400-001).
   (4) Install the sidewall panels between FR47/51 and FR64
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-400-001),
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001) and
(Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001).
   (5) If removed, install the galleys and the lavatories between FR47/51 and FR64.
