A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestals, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.

D. Make sure that the Hydraulic Reservoirs are Depressurized
(1) For engine 1 depressurize the green hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(2) For engine 2 depressurize the yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
4. Procedure(1) For engine 1 depressurize the green hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(2) For engine 2 depressurize the yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

A. Installation of the Thrust Reverser Hydraulic Filter

AIPC 29-13-06-02
(1) Put a CLOTH - PROTECTIVE in the location where you will install the hydraulic filter. The hydraulic fluid will cause damage to the engine.
(2) Put the hydraulic filter (5) in position on the support plate (3) with the four bolts (6), and nuts (7). Do not tighten the bolts.
(3) Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the isolation valve and hydraulic filter.
(4) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(5) Install and connect the pressure supply tube (10) to the hydraulic filter (5).
(6) Tighten the four bolts (6).
(7) TORQUE the coupling nuts of the tube (10) to between 3.2 and 2.9 m.daN (23.60 and 21.39 lbf.ft )

(8) Install the assembly support plate (3) with the hydraulic filter (5) in position below the pylon with the bolts (2) and washers (1). Do not tighten the bolts.
(9) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(10) Connect the pressure supply tube (4), the control tube (12) and return tube (11).
(11) TORQUE the coupling nuts of the pressure supply tube (4) and control tube (12) to between 3.2 and 2.9 m.daN (23.60 and 21.39 lbf.ft )

(12) TORQUE the coupling nuts of the pressure supply tube (11) to between 1.7 and 1.5 m.daN (12.54 and 11.06 lbf.ft )
.
(13) TORQUE the bolts (2) to between 0.79 and 0.56 m.daN (69.91 and 49.56 lbf.in )
.
(14) Install the clamp (16) with the bolt (13), the washer (14) and nut (15) to attach the control tube (12) and the return tube (11).
(15) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(16) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(17) Connect the electrical connector (8) to the isolation valve (9).
(18) Remove the protective cloth from the engine.

B. Pressurization of the Hydraulic Reservoir
(1) For engine 1 pressurize the green hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2) For engine 2 pressurize the yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Make sure that there are no leaks at the tube connections.
Subtask 78-37-51-710-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) For engine 1 pressurize the green hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2) For engine 2 pressurize the yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Make sure that there are no leaks at the tube connections.
C. Test and Bleed Procedure
(1) Operate the thrust reverser for ten deploy-to-stow cycles (Ref. AMM TASK 78-31-00-710-041) and check on CFDS that no messages related to the hydraulic filter valve is present.
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks at the tube connections.
Subtask 78-37-51-410-071-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Operate the thrust reverser for ten deploy-to-stow cycles (Ref. AMM TASK 78-31-00-710-041) and check on CFDS that no messages related to the hydraulic filter valve is present.
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks at the tube connections.
D. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-010):

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-010):

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
Thrust Reverser Hydraulic Filter
