A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Make sure that the ENG/MODE selector switch is in the NORM position.
(b) Make sure that the ENG/MASTER 1(2) control switch was in the OFF position not less than five minutes before you do this procedure.
(c) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to energize FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 78-32-00-010-168-A (1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:

(a) Clean the thrust reverser latches with GENERAL CLEANING AGENT - MULTI PURPOSE (Material No.CPNCL02589) and a LINT-FREE COTTON CLOTH (Material No.CPNCL02069) , if necessary.
(b) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the latch-L1 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the latch-L1 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 2 of the figure:
a If you find damage, contact SAFRAN Nacelles.
(c) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the latch-L2 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the latch-L2 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 3 of the figure:
a If you find damage, contact SAFRAN Nacelles.
(d) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the latch-L3.1 and latch-L3.2 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the latch-L3.1 and latch-L3.2 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 04 of the figure:
a If you find damage, contact SAFRAN Nacelles.
(e) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the latch-L4.1 and latch-L4.2 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the latch-L4.1 and latch-L4.2 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 5 of the figure:
a If you find damage (delamination, nicks, scratches and gouges) on the Acoustic panel (31), refer to NSRM 543051.
b If you find other damages, contact SAFRAN Nacelles.
(f) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the latch-LACC.1 and latch-LACC.2 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the latch-LACC.1 and latch-LACC.2 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 6 of the figure:
a If you find damage (nicks, scratches and gouges) on the Aft core external skin (41), refer to NSRM 543043.
(g) Do the detail inspection of the latch housing (42). See the sheet 6 of the figure:
1 Make sure that there are no signs of corrosion.
a If you find corrosion, contact SAFRAN Nacelles.
(2) Do the detail visual inspection of the thrust reverser 6 o'clock latch keepers assemblies and surrounding structure ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the latch):
(a) Clean the thrust reverser latch keepers with GENERAL CLEANING AGENT - MULTI PURPOSE (Material No.CPNCL02589) and a LINT-FREE COTTON CLOTH (Material No.CPNCL02069) , if necessary.
(b) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the keeper-L1 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the keeper-L1 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 8 of figure:
a If you find damage, contact SAFRAN Nacelles
(c) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the keeper-L2 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the keeper-L2 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 9 of the figure:
a If you find damage, contact SAFRAN Nacelles.
(d) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the keeper-L3.1 and keeper-L3.2 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the keeper-L3.1 and keeper-L3.2 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 10 of the figure:
a If you find damage, contact SAFRAN Nacelles.
(e) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the keeper-L4.1 and keeper-L4.2 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the keeper-L4.1 and keeper-L4.2 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 11 of the figure:
a If you find damage, (delamination, nicks, scratches and gouges) on the Acoustic panel (85), NSRM 543051.

a If you find damage (nicks, scratches and gouges) on the Aft core external skin (94), NSRM 543043.
b If you find other damages, contact Safran Nacelles.
5. Close-upNOTE: You can use a MAGNIFYING GLASS POWER 10X and LIGHT SOURCE - HIGHPOWER.
(1) Do the detail visual inspection of the thrust reverser 6 o'clock latches assembly and surrounding structure ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around latch fittings): (a) Clean the thrust reverser latches with GENERAL CLEANING AGENT - MULTI PURPOSE (Material No.CPNCL02589) and a LINT-FREE COTTON CLOTH (Material No.CPNCL02069) , if necessary.
(b) Do the detail inspection on the surrounding area of the latch-L1 assembly ( 150 mm (5.91 in.) around the latch-L1 assembly) of the parts in the list below that you can see. See the sheet 2 of the figure:
