     (a) Apply PWA 36246 anti-seize paste (Material No.P06-054) to the threads of the eight bolts (1), eleven bolts (3) and bolt (6).
NOTE: For new or refurbished bolts or nuts with baked on lubricant, do not do the wet application.
     (b) Install the bracket (20) to the three tubes (LR02), (LB02) and (LP02) loose.
NOTE: This is for ease of assembly later in this procedure.
     (c) Engage the three tubes (LR02), (LB02) and (LP02) to the insulation blanket (9).
     (d) Wind the P05-136PMC 4273 tape, high temperature glass cloth around the ignition cables.
NOTE: The P05-136PMC 4273 tape, high temperature glass cloth must be to between 0.75 in. (19.05 mm) and 1.25 in. (31.75 mm) from each side of the block clamp assembly and the full length of the clamped area after installation.
     (e) Wind the P05-136PMC 4273 tape, high temperature glass cloth around the wiring harnesses (W03) and (W04).
NOTE: The P05-136PMC 4273 tape, high temperature glass cloth must be to between 0.75 in. (19.05 mm) and 1.25 in. (31.75 mm) from each side of the block clamp assembly and the full length of the clamped area after installation.
